Went through the drive through and when I got to the window the young man asked if I wanted any sauces with my order.... I responded only catsup....as we were leaving the parking lot someone in the car let me know they didn't put any with the order... when I got back up to the window I let the guy know that I still needed catsup and some napkins also...he left rapidly and returned with catsup....as I sat there waiting....he came back to see what I was waiting for..I felt like I was putting him out as I was asking for napkins again :( how sad... My friend visiting from out of the country.... said to me the attention and service in your country is very poor, you would never get service like this in my country.... Upon waiting to be helped, I had three employees tell me I'll be right there. 15 minutes later, still no service. However, the drive-thru was pumping along. There was a line forming behind me until they got tired of waiting, and they left. We asked the drive-thru cashier while she was waiting for her order to be completed if she could take our order because we were unable to fit in the drive-thru due to the u-haul truck. Update to owner response: I was standing inside at the counter for 5 minutes, your cook took the drive-thru order looked at me and then walked back behind stainless steel wall, where I waited for another 5 minutes and left.
