Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Welsh

This location was kind of difficult to see from the highway had to follow Google Maps all the way to get to the drive thru. The staff here didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for a Dude sandwich , which seems to only be made in Texas because they had no clue what that was and then told me that they don't serve it any longer even though it's been on the menu in Texas for as long as Dairy Queen been around. They also decided to give us an extra drink that we didn't order nor pay for and didn't receive any napkins or condiments. The service was mediocre and the time was as slow as possible. Our ice cream was melted and got all over the place. They had us waiting forever and gave us awful customer service. they also gave us the wrong order and forgot our banana split some had to go back in to get it, and they took a long time to get it to us. they also gave us the ice cream in a cup holder with no lids so it made it messy. The burger was worse than a gas station burger. The lettuce was old, the patties tasted awful. The fries were old. The chicken sandwich was awful as well, with old lettuce. The bottom of the sandwich was blistering hot and the top luke warm; probably sat in the heated thing for far too long. The fountain water SMELLED.
