Red Cardinal Desserts and Cafe — Restaurant in Welsh

We used Red Cardinal for our wedding catering for both dinner and dessert, as well as hosted our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant in their banquet room. I cannot sing their praises enough, Shelby and her staff were amazing through the entire planning process and the events themselves. The food, drinks, and desserts were all amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful everything was. They were so easy to work with and so kind to accommodate in any way they could. Very pretty! Food was good. Presentation was very nice. One sandwich was a little over toasted and the other was light on the meat but overall they were good. The staff was nice but not very engaging. I would have liked a fountain drink instead of a bottle. The soup was good. We will definitely give them another chance if we pass back through.
