It's a beautiful winery and restaurant that we had visited last year, and there was four of us visiting from Vancouver, BC celebrating our friends birthday. It was an extremely busy evening (Sep 19/2025) as there were 3 events going on including a wedding! Our table was near the courtyard and we could clearly see the service staff and management hustling quite a bit. One of the servers (Gil) was rushing and struggling balancing an overloaded dish tub over his shoulder and extra dishes in his hands. It appeared to be a very unsafe environment and once he had passed our table towards the kitchen, dishes began to slide out and crash to the floor near other customers who ran to help him. Then we witnessed Gil taking apart a large group table to its original setting alone. He was rushing and sliding tables and chairs, rather than someone helping him lift them more quietly. He seemed like a one man show, full of energy and focused on completing his task. With 3 events and regular dinner service, extra staff would have been a good idea! Our server Eric was attentive and cordial. We started with the Beet and Burrata salad, delicious and wished the beets were cut a bit larger as they were hidden in the salad. The mushroom caps were suggested by Eric and were amazing and so was the bread! The Italian Sausage and Spinach Cannelloni was very good but a tad too salty for all of us but the flavors were amazing. The Spicy Prawn Risotto was a big disappointment. We had ordered it with the prawns on the side as one of the girls is vegetarian. The prawns were plenty, plump and perfect! The risotto was such a small amount and it was not cooked through as the grains were still visibly raw. Eric took the risotto back and offered an alternative dish of Vegetarian Pasta Primavera. It was extremely bland, no sauce just noodles with some steamed veggies, that was also sent back. On a side note, we along with other patrons were given dessert menus when we were still eating our meals? Felt like we were being rushed out. Odd to have dessert menus now sitting on the table along with our meals and many other dishes. We did get a chance to talk to Gil and voice our safety concerns for him carrying the overload of dishes but he said he was totally okay and likes to work extra hard as he is trying to become a server. He was so pleasant and happy with the biggest smile refilling water glasses. He was so much more calm and relaxed in this position and truly loved his job. He's definitely a hard worker and an asset to your restaurant! We also got a chance to speak with the manager, Frank and told him about our experience celebrating our friends birthday. He was extremely patient and very understanding and offered our friend a bottle of wine to take home to enjoy. This was very generous of him. Overall our experience was just mediocre. Hoping to return next year and perhaps try your restaurant again but not on a...

My wife and I got married at Tsillan Cellars this last June 2025. We could not have asked for a better wedding and that includes all the things that came with this winery. Sheri (wedding coordinator) was a pleasure to work with and this is a very popular wedding venue so a lot of things were nicely streamlined and fluid.

Here are some of the highlights:

  1. Food 5/5 Starting from the cocktail bites to the main course, the food was fantastic. Food being great is one thing but for it to be a part of the show? Guests that we met after the wedding are still talking about the freshly served pasta station and personal meat carving station. We were worried as all couples are because you never know how things taste until the day of but we were so happy with it all!

  2. Pictures 5/5 The venue has so many great places for pictures. There is a terrazo that people absolutely fall in love with at first sight. The vineyard with the lake and mountains in the background are an obvious. But even the dancing island is such a nice touch! There is one tree that obscures the view of the lake slightly but it all becomes part of the ambience and on the day of, we couldn't care less.

  3. Sheri 5/5 Sheri had just recently onboarded and taken over as the wedding site coordinator. She managed and handled everything fluidly and was very easy to work with. She was incredible from start to finish. Her experience from a previous venue and willingness to work with you to make your own personal wedding were all instrumental in helping us feel confident in every decision.

All in all, you can tell we were happy. We hope you have as great of an...

My husband and I got married in June 2018 at Tsillan Cellars. Our wedding was perfect, truly perfect, and I know I have Sandy to thank for that. Tsillan Cellars was the first venue we found. We really wanted to get married in Chelan because it is our ā€œspecial placeā€ and when we messaged Sandy she got back to us almost immediately. I always felt like she was taking my questions seriously and she spent a lot of time going over details with me prior to booking. I loved how it was an all-inclusive price for appetizers, dinner, wine, beer, and a champagne toast. I didn’t feel like we were being nickel and dimed like so many other venues we looked at. Not only was the price per head very reasonable, but it included a carving station, a pasta bar (my favorite part, choice of pasta, sauce, and toppings and they cook it in a pan right in front of you!), and UNLIMITED WINE. Sandy was kind enough to meet with us multiple times throughout the planning and she went above and beyond helping with every little detail all the way down to the magnum bottle of wine as our guest book. The venue was beautiful, clean, and the staff was amazing. (Special shout out to Camille for all her help and doing great working her first wedding!) So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and the food was the best they ever had at a wedding. I could go on and on but to sum it up, Sandy and Tsillan Cellars made for the most perfect wedding and they had everything covered so we did not have to worry, we just...

This restaurant in Washington had me feeling like I was in an Italian vineyard. This is your sign to spoil yourself!!! Solo traveling is sometimes daunting but so worth it! I love taking myself on my dream dates. Like yes I will drive four hours for pizza, wine and an afternoon swim in the clearest lake. ā™„ļø And this experience was so affordable - I only spent forty dollars here but the beautiful setting made it feel like a million bucks. #chelan #lakechelan #vineyard #pnw

View 10/10, service 10/10, wine 10/10 (subjective to your preferences but I usually love most of their whites and drier reds)! Honestly words aren't enough to describe this place. Just visit and see for yourself. My boyfriend introduced me to this winery a year and half ago and I immediately signed up for membership even though I have other winery memberships. They have a satellite location in Woodenville so I pick up my shipment at that location which is close to my house. Woodinville location is also lovely and hosts a lot of events like live music and wine tastings. I visited Chelan location during different seasons and their decorations have been always on point. The view is amazing with the Lake Chelan and mountains. Interior is largely Italian-inspired. Both Julia and Julia gave us tastings and they were both very knowledgeable with where the wine comes from and taste notes. I also learned that they don't serve wine that's been opened for longer than a couple days. On this visit, we had an honor to have chat with the owner, Bob. He is a very passionate and delightful person. He started the winery in his 60s and now it is one of the oldest wineries in Chelan. I can't wait to visit again!

Went for dinner at Sorrento's with friends last night in Chelan as a treat and many recommendations. What a treat! View of Lake Chelan & vineyards, live music, indoor to outdoor seating, & exceptional service. The dinner menu offers something special for everyone. If you get nothing else, get the fried calamari with lemon aioli (more, pls.), blood orange prawn salad, tomato bisque -- add crab for a full meal!, pork chop, & cioppino, which ate more like linguini with clam sauce. Portions are huge; appetizers eat more like entrees. Prices reflect luxurious surroundings. However... Risotto was a little too al dente for my friend. Caesar was basic, creamy rather than tableside fresh & tart, & side spaghetti that went w/Chicken Parm a tad too heavily sauced. Save room for dessert: tiramisu, chocolate cannoli, & afogatto, yum. We'd go back for the views & lavish Sun. Brunch. Make reservations early during heavily crowded seasons. Don't arrive 45 minutes late & raise a fuss, like one drunk lady did. They handled her w/utmost respect, btw
