Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wesleyville

We tried to place an online order for carry out around 8:40pm, as both google and the Domino’s website listed their hours as closing at 2am. I received a call from an unknown number shortly after, but seeing as it’s 2021 I don’t answer unknown numbers because they’re always scam calls. They left no message, so I assumed it was nothing.

20 minutes later, there was no update on our order tracker, so I tried following the email to get an eta on the pizza. The tracker said there was no valid order for our information, so we called the store on Buffalo Road. The person who answered spoke so fast that we had to ask him to repeat himself twice, and all he would say was that they were closed. He gave no apology for the situation, and was quite rude in the interaction.

This morning, I checked my bank account and saw that my card had still been charged for the order, and when I called I was put on hold for 5 minutes before being told, rudely, and with no apology, that the refund would be there in 2-3 business days.

The food isn’t good enough at this location for my to put up with this kind of service, and we will no longer be ordering...

Don’t have many complaints with them that are relevant , the remodel went well it is wheelchair Accesible , but with carside delivery even if it wasn’t it is now . I have five free pizzas sitting on my account . Today with there $ 4 dollar delivery fee and $20.00 minimum order , I don’t order pizza ( pizza joints have the lowest overhead and highest profit of any restaurant , so price gouging is optional ) I live within a mile of the location , it’s just not always safe or convenient to go pick one up in a wheelchair .i after careful consideration discontinued all association with Domino’s after they accidentally deleted the free pizzas on my account . I now order my pizza from an honest company .i have since discontinued all business with the chain after they wrongly deleted 6 free pizza from my account . My mother who is newly medically disable order pizza last night online which she is very new to. She called to check on her order after much time had passed. They lady was complaining about not having enough staff. Which is the same boat EVERYONE IS IN. My mother hung up thinking the conversation was done. Much more time passed no pizza.
