Sarah’s has great pizza and fast delivery. Decent sticks when you get them half baked. Tonight’s been a rough one though; we put in an online order, and paid, but I forgot to add a few ranch to it so I called to ask if I could pay them for it on delivery. When they answered I said I could hold. I held. And held. At the ten minute mark I hung up to call back, I planned on apologizing but saying I just had a quick question. Wouldn’t you know it, the phone’s busy. Checked about once a minute for five minutes, to make sure it wasn’t just someone ordering. Checked one last time before sending my review. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, but having the phone off the hook is something that’s always struck me as unprofessional. Maybe they couldn’t do it the receiver in the cradle while I was on hold, but then that raises back the point that ten minutes is awfully long to sit on hold for a pizza shop. I just wanted a couple of cups of ranch, man…

I ordered a small pizza and loaded potato wedges and when I picked my order up I received regular wedges, which is not what my husband ordered. So I went back in and said hey you didn’t make the right ones but it’s no big deal I will pay for a new order, seeing as they had just rang it up wrong. So then waited another 10 minutes while my other food was getting cold. As I was handed the wedges I simply asked if I could have an extra sour cream packet, this guy REALLY went to the register and said that will be 99 cents. Read moreI had been told to try the pizza. I ordered pizza's (3) to feed 2 teams and was told they would be delivered within the hour. More than an hour later I called Sarah's and the delivery person had not left. I was frustrated because I was not able to feed the kids due to dismissal within 20 minutes. I told the person not to deliver the pizza's because we would not be there by the time he finally showed up. I did not request a refund because I was too frustrated. Today when I called and spoke to the manager, I told him what happened and he said are you calling just to inform me or was there something else!! I will never order from here again such poor...
