Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Bridgewater

For context, this is the first time in my life I am taking the time to write a review. Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience at Dunkin. The ladies that worked here gave the most miserable customer experience ever. I am going to be telling every single person I know to never visit this location.

I legitimately was speechless, I couldn’t even get mad I was so shocked at how poorly they were treating us. There were a few other customers in line and we were staring at each other in awe of how horrible the experience was. To top it off they gave us the wrong food and coffee and when we asked if the could fix it they said “it’s close enough, too bad”.

I will be telling every single person I know to never, ever, visit this location. I will be leaving a message...

I have come here probably 7 different times and all were with a mobile order and all were made incorrectly. Today is the last time I give it a try. Ordered a coffee and some food, food was made right but the iced coffee didn't have whipped cream, not a big deal so we ask for some and the kid says "you didn't order it with whipped cream" and argues with my girlfriend. She finds the order and guess what it says? whipped cream. I told him he could just add the whipped cream without arguing and he gave some attitude back. Ordered a medium Brown sugar shaken espresso and not only was it visually way lighter but tasted awful. I went to tell the employee that it tasted off and her response was rude, cold and unpleasant. She immediately fired out “what’s wrong with it” totally fair question. However the delivery was incredibly rude. I proceeded to tell her it tasted off and I order this all the time. She took less than 30 seconds and came back and handed me my drink and walked away. It was somehow worse. I drove to another location who was able to make the drink the right way and was pleasant to deal with. Avoid this location...
