Horrible service, the one on Pleasant Street Brockton & South Easton set the bar too high this one was very disappointing. I love Honey Dew Parfaits they are the most delicious, although when I stopped at this West Bridgewater one I bought one and it tasted expired and come to find out it was expired . Purchased it on April 11th and on the bottom it said “Best by April 9th” So I returned it having to waste my lunch break to head back since I had already left the facility, very inconvenient. When I brought this up to the cashier “Julianna” she refused to believe it was expired so I showed her the date. She then proceeded to telling me “That’s the day it’s made not the day it expires” so I ask her why does it taste expired then? She says “I don’t know maybe it’s you” , very insulting and unwilling to help demeanor. Alright and she gave me $2.77. In my mind I think maybe it was just this one day the Parfait tasted sour and was very liquidy and had lost it’s thickness. I return May 1st to buy another Parfait since I love them you know when they’re not expired , boom 💥 “Julianna the cashier” is there again , I ask her for a parfait and request for it to not be expired but this time since the ice had melted the Adhesive label at the bottom with the expiration date had washed off probably because the parfaits has been sitting so long in that ice bucket. She looks at the bottom doesn’t see an expiration day then proceeds to tell me “it’s not expired and it wasn’t expired last time either” and sells it to me. I eat it in the store this time so I don’t waste my lunch break again it is liquidated and has lost its thickness I grab about 3 bites it again smacked me with a sour taste . I bring it to her and say “It still doesn’t taste right” she tells me “Well this is your 2nd time so maybe it’s you fix your taste buds, how about you don’t buy it again and don’t come back “ at that point I asked her to try one of them for herself and she stubbornly refused. This stanks because this is the closest Honey Dew to my job site Brockton Pleasant St & South Easton Belmont St. are way out of my way .The sandwiches are not well made but nothing to throw a tantrum over but expired parfaits can be poisonous . Julianna wasn’t even willing to attempt improving my...
Read moreI started going to the competitor due to lack of counter help at this location, and waiting way too long to place an order. This Dew location seems to go through a lot of employees for whatever reason. One of there recent hires, a young lady ( name unknown ) in which worked for a similar business across the street, has got to be the best addition to there team. She's a breath of fresh air because she is always smiling when she greets her customers, very polite and works hard to get you in and out in a timely fashion. As a manager in a retail business I can tell when someone cares about what they do and I've always had that impression with this young lady. I'm now back to going to Honey Due...
Read moreI've been coming to this location on and off for about two months in the morning. I get the same drink every morning and have been charged different prices a couple of times, not much but strange. I've also driven away from the drive through because the girls (always the same two)working just left me hanging at the speaker. The last time about four cars drove off from behind me then i left without so much as an "i'll be right with you" to acknowledge I was even there. When I drove by the window both of the girls were there and not a single customer was inside. Not the way to take care of...
