Funny, they've been closed inside due to COVID, yet the atmosphere is simply stellar just the same at the pick-up window. EXTRA EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!!! They've finally opened the doors to the inside eating area, and yes, it's far more awesome yet still the same. The kids that work here are excellent... They care, share, and ultimately give you a reason to scrub for some grub at this Ware / Warren location. I literally can't speak for the other 2 locations, yet the owner, his kids, his crew, are simply there to please and give you a friendly hello vibe regardless the set up and I can't say enough about their fast food groove, it's never disappointing. Unless you get the BLT grinder and don't ask for the bacon to be cooked a tad longer, it's all done well and the bacon comment is simply my preference. You may like it the way it's served. Don't cook tonight if you want a royal treatment, just great folks that love the possibilities along with you. Wanna chomp on some meatball pizza with a side order of fish and chips??? Customer Service - Rude, Rude and oh, unbelievably disrespectful to customers seems to only be when ordering over the Phone though (my experience for the last 4 years or longer back when it was a Sams Pizza. There are two specific younger woman who consistently work there and as a former general manager at a successful seafood establishment I would have let them go immediately after seeing the lacking skills for food service (awful hygiene and every OSHA rule when handling food) it’s just a hot mess of Violating almost all the OSHA regulations example Nose rings, huge Gauges that smell, artificial nails that harbor fecal matter and bacteria’s you wouldn’t even think of. Other than the Ingredients and location dont expect ANYTHING good from this place and you wont be too disappointed . Its hit or miss if the food is prepared properly or consistently. Not courteous. Zero customer service skills. Ordering on the phone is a process EVERY time. Delivery is terrible. Drivers are ok. Been calling for years. Still dont recognize my phone number... we are barely hanging on...

Ideas: Get a dispatch-delivery app and caller ID. Hire more drivers. Appreciate Customers.

Update: 2023. Tried again...still terrible service. The manager Mike has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. Unapologetic rude, and does not wrok well underpressure. No wonder noone wants to work there and they can't be consistent. They have probably the worst possible person in charge. Now I just feel bad for them. Oh well....
