KC Bistro — Restaurant in West Brunswick Township

Our cupcakes were DELICIOUS. I ordered cupcakes from KC Bistro for my wedding and every single flavor was amazing. So when wanting to celebrate the soon arrival of my coworkers baby boy 💙 I had no worry or hesitation asking for a random assortment of whatever they had in stock! With absolutely no knowledge of what I would get… THEY DID NOT FAIL TO DELIVER 🤤. I normally don’t care for cake or cupcakes because I always feel like the icing is too sweet and that cake has no flavor. However, every single cupcake has always been perfect. Their cupcakes are full of flavor, but NEVER too sweet! I also know that from my previous experience ordering with them for my wedding that they allow you to choose WHATEVER you want. They can turn any of your favorites into a cupcake! Thankfully I remembered to get a picture before they were gone. For my wedding all 7 dozen cupcakes were gone before I could even get a picture....

I took my wife on a surprise lunch date here because of her gluten allergy, and this place blew us away. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious, and the location makes for a perfect outing. Even as a gluten free skeptic, I couldn't believe the baked goods were GF. The cake was so incredibly moist, it's a complete game changer for GF desserts. The pumpkin cheesecake cake is a absolute must try; it was amazing. For a savory option, the homemade meatballs in the sub really hit the spot. Great prices and fun flavors for the cupcakes, too (get there early to try them all before they run out). Pro Tip: Plan to eat first, then walk it all off while browsing the insanely large vintage shop the café is located inside of. 10/10,...

Not only was KC bistro able to squeeze in my order on short notice for my friend’s baby shower, but it turned out so amazing!! We got a 3 tier cake, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Each flavor was delicious! The decorations were beautiful and the name calligraphy was gorgeous. The entire cake was gluten free also, which was a very nice inclusive touch so that all of our guests could enjoy this delicious dessert!
