I come all the way from Matteson il every 2 weeks to eat from here yesterday me&my dad came he bought 2 combo pans when I got home mines was not fresh my fries was real hard or stale&my links wasn't fresh neother&my tips was hard to chew&hardly no sauce on it I stay too far too have a bad order it was a water of my money&a waste of gas.2 weeks ago when I came&purchase a combo pan I hardly had any meat in the pan when I got home they had the tips on one side the fries in the middle&the links on the other side they never done that before&I don't have time too bring stuff all the way back to the Westside in the pass I never had complaints now idk what's going on please fix the problem whatever it is. Ordered a steak burger and large rib&tip combo. Get home and food is cold (I only stay up the street). Call in to let them know my ribs came with no tip. Lady tells me to bring my food back so they can look in my food to make sure I didn’t receive links. Ummmm no ma’am your no breathing over my food. Are you making me more she says no. Well I’m not bringing my food in for anyone to be looking over after I left. She says come back to get two links like I’m being compensated for them messing up my order. I recently visited the Friday evening of the Labor Day weekend, about 6:30pm. I usually set my expectations lower anytime they’re especially busy/any holiday, Of course there was a significant line, but you could tell they had prepared for the last summer holiday rush. The line moved efficiently and I placed my order for 2 extra large tips. To my pleasant surprise I was in and out in just under 20 minutes.
