Taste Bud 1, Inc. — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Why the heck this place open and closes when they get ready to? I came Friday night after driving 3.5 hours and they were closed. Okay cool. Came today from driving a long ass way but I called when I was a hour out just to check and see if they were opened. THEY WERE!! I gets here and this mfr closed but somebody was just smoking weed outside and went in the door but when I get out the car to go to the door it’s locked with a CLOSED sign in the window. I sat there and watched 11 people pull up, go to the door and walk off in shame lol what kind of business are y’all running in this mfr.? I use to come here all the time years ago when I stayed out west but clearly times has definitely changed as well as work ethics. FIREHOUSE STEAKS AND LEMONADE on 87th Dan Ryan ARE JUST AS GOOD AND MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL!! Update below... I went to the location and ordered the philly chicken sandwich with double meat, only cheese, grilled onions and mayonnaise. It was good. Fries and a drink came with it. For $14.00. I just wish they used mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese. I don't like American cheese on Philly chicken sandwiches.

Update... I'm giving them a 1 star now. Since my first order I've placed two more orders through DoorDash, same order. My 1st order I got a Kool aid drink with my order as you can see above. My last two orders through DoorDash I did not receive a drink. I tried calling the restaurant on several occasions to verify if maybe a mistake was made. Taste Bud never answers their phone. I even sent a message on their Facebook page. And no one ever replied. I don't like that the communication is bad. Not...

The food is good but the service is horrible. I blame the long wait times on the owner of this business. The owner has two young women working to fill walk up and online orders and they struggle to keep up. It's obvious they need extra help.

I placed my order at least 25 minutes before I went to pick it up and it was not ready. I then had to wait 15 more minutes for them to get to my order. The whole point of pick up is you should not have to wait too long if you give them enough time to fix your order and my order was a small order.
