I was really looking forward to trying your restaurant for the first time with my family this evening. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we informed the staff of our group size, we were flatly told, "We can't accommodate you," without any effort to offer a solution. As my husband began to suggest that we could be split up if that helped, the staff member simply walked away.

It felt dismissive and unwelcoming, especially when we were open to being flexible. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one left us feeling very disappointed. I hope in the future larger groups are treated with more consideration and...

Susquehanna Smokehouse is a nice little place. It has a relatively small menu right now but it is expanding. Full bar with bottles and cans of beer (no draft). The food is good, definitely good cuts of meat and quality ingredients. However, it is a "smokehouse"/bbq joint and they apparently have only one kind of BBQ sauce. I am not sure of it is a sauce they make in-house but it's not overwhelming.

The atmosphere is nice but not very cozy. It could use a few booths or some other kind of privacy screens. Wait staff was very friendly. Bathroom reminds me of a truck stop. Nice overall, just needs some minor touch-ups...

After driving for hours from a big southern city, we were looking for a local spot to get some lunch. Susquehanna Smokehouse popped up not far off our route so we decided to stop in. We definitely didn’t regret it! The atmosphere was very relaxed and homey. My husband had the brisket sandwich and I got the fried haddock sandwich. Both was better than anything we can get at home. And that pretzel bun was so delicious! The fries and coleslaw were both perfect. And of course the server was more than accommodating. Needless to say, if we take the same route back home, we’ll be...

Delicious food, excellent service in a cozy atmosphere. Cash (or Check) only, but they do have an ATM on site. Very fast service with plenty of beer and spirit options. We had the gravy fries, brisket, haddock and meatloaf stuffed with smoked mac & cheese. Everything was awesome and the portions large. A hidden gem indeed and definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended; we'll be back again soon.

Was visiting my parents and we were trying to decide on a place to eat and luckily it was a Thursday. They are only open a few days a week, but I implore you to clear an evening to enjoy some incredible food. I got the smoked wing special. Excellent smoke taste, and the Mac and cheese so creamy and delicious!

The ambience was phenomenal as was the service. The food was mostly just okay. Mac n cheese was fairly light on cheese. Meatloaf was whatever. The hush puppies were good enough. The mashed potatos and gravy, however, was less than acceptable. The brisket was passible. I wouldn't really recommend this place.
