I honestly was very skeptical of the product(a joint and a bath bomb). I have never been more happy to be wrong. I play softball. I am also a bigger girl and not a spring chicken anymore, so there's your backstory. I tried the joint after the tournament and was pleasantly surprised that it helped with my hips and elbow pain. There were no mind altering effects, which is a common misconception. It was like taking a pain pill without any of the awful side effects. (I get very lethargic, nauseated, and have a general distaste of taking medication in the first place.) Now, if smoking a joint is not your cup of tea, then please heed my advice and use the bath bomb. Again, I was pretty skeptical, but decided to give it a try. I was down in St. Augustine doing tourist stuff and ended up walking about 7 miles that day. I was beat by the end of the day.
