Casey's — Restaurant in West Des Moines

Stopped in to use the restroom, and get something to eat, this was one of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever used!!!!!! 2 stalls in the women’s restroom and not 1 employee going in there to do any kind of routine cleaning.. that common sense alone, PUBLIC bathrooms need to be cleaned periodically. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE WENT TO USE A RESTROOM ( especially a business one ) NEVER IN MY LIFE… have I had to sit there and TAKE A PISS AND GAG SIMULTANEOUSLY!!!!!! Because as I’m reaching for a piece of toilet paper… that’s when I notice that there was feces splattered all behind the toilet, splattered feces all over the trash can and the walls!!!!! I know accidents happen… but when the shit is hard and crusty… it’s been there for awhile. As for me getting something to eat… not a chance in hell would I trust the food in any establishment that isn’t concerned about the sanitary or biohazard conditions going on in the other room. Some people, like me, who suffer from low to no immune system, can and I probably will become sick from the nasty conditions of your bathrooms!!!! I pray I don’t get sick from that disgusting adventure… but I think I’ll pray harder for your lazy employees to get in there and clean it up!!!! And nice move on making me have to to give you at least 1 star in order to be able...

I just went to look at this location. For particular type of potato chip. They did not have it and so I asked the clerk if I could possibly get changed for a 20. He said you've got to buy something. I said really, you don't have what I need. He said go to Conoco down the street. I said really he's like yea. Just go down the street if you don't like what you see here. I was so taken back I was like ok. I bought a Skor bar and asked for 1s he gave me a 10. 5 and 3 1s. Asking where his name Tag was he said I'm Brandon I asked for my receipt. A woman in the store said you're being really mean. Immediately responding I indicated it wasn't her conversation. As I walked out the door Brandon mumbled under his breath and I returned Asking what? He said I didn't say noting to you. Being a member of staff at Casey corporate this is not the culture we strive to have at Casey's. This store is 2 blocks from my home and HyVee Fresh mart won my C store business! Brandon. Stopped in to grab cash asked the clerk if he had change to give me small bills instead of a $20. He yelled at me and said you will get what I have. Then proceeded to another register to help someone else. The drawer opened and after he helped 3 customers he came over and finally got my money for me. I said thank you and he said yea right you are, I'm busy and your telling me how to do my job. Wow is all I have to say. Even other customers were like she is being nice no reason to treat her like that. I do not live her in town and I have found that the desmoines caseys literally all of them employ not nice ppl and their bathrooms are nasty, and stores cluttered and not clean. This one the coolers weren't stocked so they were out of alot of stuff. But the customer service her sucks. So if you got to go into the store be prepared. I will avoid this Caseys also. We are not all Iowa Nice....
