Some place you go to eat there food it will look appealing. But in this case there tuna didnt look appealing, it had other stuff in tuna beside tuna. I ask what that's other stuff in tuna instead of picking it out, she scoop it up and place it on my tuna sandwich and continue making it. I'd sudden lost my appetite when she did that. Well I got home, sandwich taste wasnt satisfying cause I lost my appetite, so I threw it away....... dont waste your time at this subway, go to subway in Walmart 73rd. they care more about your placing a order. The subway appl SUCKS! Black female-July, Sunday didnt wash hands, just put gloves on, made my sandwich. She had attitude on serving me, No patience..as if I'm wasting her time being in store. What point of coming here n being treated this way..

Read moreI ordered Subway on Doordash and it came from this location. I am pregnant and can't eat cold turkey meat, but can have it if warmed/toasted. I ordered a turkey sub on flatbread. If you've had flatbread from Subway before, and as a former Subway employee myself, you know it should be toasted unless specifically denied. There was no option to toast the sandwich like with the other bread options on Doordash, and so I assumed that the employee(s) would know, hey, it's probably toasted. I couldn't even make a note or anything to make sure. Of course, my sandwich came cold and almost rolled like a tortilla. While part of the blame falls on Doordash for not even offering the "toasted" option for flatbread, a Subway employee should know it's toasted. I tried to call the store to explain this situation and they didn't even answer. If you really want Subway, maybe try a...
Read moreI ordered 2 footlong combos with chips and a drink. Online only offers 3 type of chips. When i showed up i seen that they had a variety of chips so i asked the girl "working" if i can change my chips and she said i ordered doritos. I know what i ordered ,my question was if i could switch it up. She said no i couldn't. Ok, had to ask for my drink cups and that really irritated her(she had to put her phone down) so i asked if i had to get coke like i selected online or if i could make a different selection and she just hand gestured me to do whatever. I understand inventory and all so i was a lil confused as to why i could switch my soda but not my chips(considering they never needed to know the flavor before the pandemic or even now ordering in store) Short story long, the girl was rude and inconsistent. Speaking of pandemic, she was not wearing a...
