Overall got a 3 because the experience was hilarious! Pull up to the drive through and was asked to wait. Not abnormal, so I do. While I wait I smell a freshly smoked wacky tabacky. A dude comes on the speaker and asks for my order. I say "An Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich, medium, with a regular T." He says "Just regular tea, no flavor or sweetener?" I say "Correct." He says "Alright, what would you like to drink?" I respond with "A regular tea....?" He goes "Alright your total is 13.76, pull up to the 2nd window." I say "Thanks." He responds with "Would you like anything else?" I chuckle and say "Nah man, I'm good." There was a dude taking payments in the first window...ok no problem. I get to the 2nd window and the dude that took my order asks if I wanted bacon on my Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich. Of course I do? Cause otherwise I would've ordered a regular chicken sandwich. I get home and there's no LTOP, ranch, bacon, or cheese. Literally got a regular chicken sandwich for the price of and Asiago Ranch. The fries were soggy and warm. My tea was the best part and it was watered down. I wasn't given a copy of my receipt, so I can't fill out a review otherwise. Read moreI went through the drive through today & as I finished telling them the first thing I wanted the employee says “anything else” I say “one sec” but then he says “ok pull to the first window” I say “I’m not done” no reply on their end. So I pull to the first window & I say I was not done he asks his manager, Ashley if he can add on to the order at the window she says no so I ask if I need to go back around he tells me yes. No big deal. So I go back around but before I can finish ordering the manager, Ashley gets on & says “we’re refusing service to you, thank you have a nice day”. She says the reason she refuse service to me today was because I left the line without paying. Mind you, the guy who was going to take my payment didn’t mention I had to pay before going back around & when I said this to her she asked him did he mention it he says he did mention that to us. Read moreUnbelievably rude and condescending “manager” who said her name is Suzanne. I’ve never met anyone more angry, rude and hateful while simply trying to get food for my family. My order was wrong and her response was to taunt me, hang up in my face multiple times, tell me she didn’t make the order and she can’t read. When I finally went to the location she threatened to call the police because I wanted my order fixed and refused to service me if I didn’t “shut up.”
She also has her child working with her and she doesn’t want anyone she’s been rude to speaking to him regarding her behavior. (I had no idea he was her son. He was working the register and wearing a Wendy’s uniform) and I wanted information for the general manager.
I’ve patronized this location often but that’s going to stop. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence with this specific employee. Wendy’s please do better and hire better. My order still was not completely correct after everything I endured with...
