Where do I begin? To be honest, I would love to reach out to management or a business owner as soon as possible. All I need is a name and number or a time to stop in and talk. I will edit the review if this is handled.

It has been a very long time since I have had to write a review regarding the dismal level of service our group received last night. Comments made regarding our table were completely unacceptable and unwarranted. I know many of us at this point have no plans to ever visit this establishment again if this is how we will be treated.

The Food: All of our food arrived to the table lukewarm at best. The bun on the burger was cold. The burger was overcooked. Drinks were not refilled unless we flagged the server down after multiple attempts.

Servers: As stated above the food came out not hot and the drinks sat empty on the table for an extended period of time. Mine personally never got refilled until we got up to ask for one. But aside from that, the level of rudeness was not acceptable. All the wait staff that we encountered at our table was short and snappy with their communication at our table. When our change was brought back it was slammed on the table in front of us with the comment "Here's your change" in a snarky tone and she turned and walked away.

When we were getting ready to leave, one of the members of our group mentioned that the establishment was going to lose 6 regular customers because of tonight. She was met with the response "No one wants to wait on you anyway!". When another member of the group had to go find someone to pay her bill, she asked what's going on and was told "You always find SOMETHING to complain about". Plus when my wife was talking to a coworker on the way out, they made it clear that their table had received horrible service as well, very similar to our experience.

I understand people can have a bad day, but the attitude and negative comments were completely unacceptable. We knew they were pretty busy so we didn't mention anything about the food, paid our bill and still tipped the wait staff. Although even when tipping in cash attitude was thrown back in our face.

Kurt, I am not a regular attendee at the trivia nights, so I personally have not been a part of any past events. However I will say that upon arrival I was met with undeserved attitude, before even sitting down at the table of the trivia group. I have never and will never disrespect servers or other workers at a business. I did not say anything at the time about the food due to it appearing busy as a courtesy to the servers. Since you called me out in your response, I'd love to know what I personally allegedly did that could be considered rude or disrespectful to deserve the service I received. Plus this review would have been edited if this had been handled in a positive way, but it doesn't look like you have any intention to accept that your staff was in...

Visited this place 3\02\24. Not at all impressed. Stopped here looking for some hangover food. Server took our drink order. Just waters, a soda, and a bloody Mary. Can't mess up water and a soda but the bloody Mary was about as blah as possibly could be. We placed our order and sat and waited....and waited....and waited. Until we noticed tables that had gotten there and ordered food at least 10 mins after us. Not just a single table either numerous orders come out. So I asked the bartender not our waitress what's the deal with our food and she said a bunch of orders are coming up. Then our waitress comes over and says "somehow" our order got lost in the POS system. Do we still want food. Sure how long. Says about 10 minutes. Well 20+ mins later they bring us our subpar food. Cold fries and all!!! Now I'm not one to ask for a handout but in my mind ain't no way they going to bring me a bill that doesn't have a lil hey sorry for the oops. Nope no sorry for the horrible service here's the bill in full. They did give us a discount after my gf said your seriously going to charge us full price after the service we got... So I'm recommending you head a block further south to good ol VFW or a lil further down main to Border Town.

Like I said in the end we were given the discount after the GF pretty looked at the waitress and said you're seriously going to charge us full price for absolutely horrible service and subpar food. You reply it was busier than normal which is B's cause cause the back bar part when we showed up had like 5 people including us. The front part had zero. BBQ? I think not! I ordered the "brisket" sandwich, which claimed to have been smoked for 12 hours with mesquite. The meat had no flavor whatsoever and was fatty and mushy. Also, it was shredded like pulled pork, not sliced as brisket should be. I swear it was cooked in a crockpot with no seasoning. Served on a bland, cold hamburger bun. Disgusting. The BBQ sauce was acceptable, but was not even made onsite. Just plain ol' bottled sauce. The beans were also acceptable, but you can find the same in a can at Walmart. Like most places in ND, the service was also sub-par. No, "How is it tasting?" or "How was everything?" or "Can I get you anything else?" Just, "Waddya want?" and "Here's your check." Will never be back and would not...
