Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Greenwich

I went to the Dunkin in West Greenwich on Victory Highway this morning. I have never been treated so poorly in 40 years of going to Dunkin by the drive through attendant. You should read all of this review. I have gone many times since I am a resident of West Greenwich for several years. I have always had a good experience there with nice friendly workers. Today was different. The attendant taking orders around 830am was curt and brash. I asked for a pumpkin coffee with milk "she stated in a rush "ok pumpkin with cream" I corrected her and she then quickly stated "ok move up" not asking me if that will be all. I then stated " I have more" her response was "what else" in a tone that threw me back" I then asked for medium coffee with sugar free vanilla" she said 'yep medium with vanilla" I then stated " No, sugar free" and she said "that is what I said" in a brash tone that at this point, I could not just let go. I had to say something. When I arrived at the window, I was not happy and told her "you need to learn some customer service skills, you should not talk to customers like that". She gave me a stare and told me to drive on. I said to her..."I want my coffee" she repeated move on. When I asked again for my coffee she told me to move on or she would call the state police on me and stated I was ignorant. I will be calling the corporate Dunkin office and also the owner of that location. We have all seen the decline over the years of customer service whether in person or over the phone. We as consumers deserve better. With rising prices like it is today, we should be treated much better. Its about time that as consumers ( it seems the old saying "the customer is always right" no longer applies) we need to do more. We need to go to online and post reviews not only that are good but that are bad as well. We should use social media outlets to let it be known. This is the only way things will improve. I for one have had it. Also, don't be afraid to ask for the manager etc. to let them know you are unhappy with the service. There are other Dunkin's in the area that folks can frequent...I...

I don't usually write bad reviews, I just won't write anything at all but this dunkin deserves it. This isn't coming off one bad experience but many. My wife refuses to come to this dunkin because she feels the go out of their way to mess orders up. Every time and I'm not exaggerating every time they mess something up and if you go there towards the end of the day they give you either decaffeinated or burnt coffee. Like they don't want to be bothered to put on a fresh pot at the end of the day. So this morning I'm crunched for time I stop at the drive threw order a chicken sandwich on an everything and med ice. Kid at the window ask did you order an egg and cheese on a plain, I said no I ordered a chicken on an everything no bacon. He says ok hands me a bag and my coffee,I take off grab my sandwich out of the bag and its an egg n cheese on a plain begal. Like I just told this kid I didn't order this and he's like eff it im not gonna bother making what this guy wants. So I turn around go to go inside to exchange my sandwich and of course the dinning room is close, drive threw only. The line is around the building. I don't have time to wait. So now I'm stuck with something I don't want and yet again another issue with this dunkin. If you have time go...

There is 1 girl that works there with tattoos, she is great! Always friendly, efficient worker. You can tell she runs a great shift. The rest are awful! Sit at the drive through for 5mins literally, 7 people behind me all so I can pick up a online order of 1 coffee. Eventually i said Hello, Older lady had an attitude and said they are having problems its why they left their drive through line sitting on hold. They always have some issue if that 1 girl isn't there. Then proceeds to tell me I can leave the line. Yeah well I will leave as soon as you give me what I paid for attitude. Assuming that tip jar stays empty because the quality of workers there are limited to 1 single girl you hope is there and obviously wasn't today. Its to bad because I tip well and multiply times a day and im the one who take care of the dunkin people for xmas and other holidays since they serve me all year. Their loss , I will give my money to the chopmist hill workers ,they are much more pleasant and faster on drive through like...
