Flyers Pizza West Jefferson — Restaurant in West Jefferson

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid $33 For a buffet that was only open another 15 minutes. Wasn't told this when ordering and paying. Another very large party also ordered buffet after us.

Very few pizzas were brought out and most of them had very specific toppings that aren't universally liked. Only one cheese and none with just pepperoni came out. We had our niece with us and she only eats cheese, was able to get only 2 very thin slivers (slices aren't the thing for buffet evidently). We asked if they could put out more cheese, supposedly manager finally agreed...waited another 10 minutes and then told the manager dropped it.

We're pretty sure it was a ploy to make it seem like they tried.

For the rest of the buffet... The pasta was dried out. The salad is water logged and all veggies chopped so small that it is difficult to pick out anything you don't like. Chicken fingers and chunks were pretty good, but don't expect any sauces like honey mustard or bbq, just pizza sauce or the 2 salad dressings that are out. Instant mashed potatoes, gravy, garlic bread, ham, corn, and spiral deep fried potato things round out what I can recall being available.

All in all the buffet is over priced and underwhelming. Maybe it's better earlier in the evening. Much of our disappointment could have been avoided by being told it was closing soon and would be very sparingly restocked. Ordering exactly the pizza we like and probably paying close to the same amount for something that we enjoyed eating would have been a much better experience.

The pizza was decent and I assume that they might actually put some cheese and toppings on and fully bake the ones that aren't destined for the buffet so we may order pizza...

I stopped going to Flyers (West Jefferson) because my order was never ready or it took an hour to get my order.

Today I thought I would try one more time because I received a free pizza code. The website said it would be ready in 15 minutes

I went to the drive thru - not ready. They said another 5 minutes - it wasn't ready. They said another 6 minutes - it wasn't ready 25 minutes later it was still not ready, soon they finally told me, they could not find my order. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.

I did not get a pizza this evening, I glad it was free, so I do not have to worry about a refund.
