Subway — Restaurant in West Jefferson

If I could give negative stars for the lady tonight I definitely would- normally we have a pleasant experience with our normal go to worker here at this location who even memorizes our order but the young lady tonight blew my mind my son is a VERY picky eater and begged for subway when I got off work and with me being a single mom with two kids it’s a easy dinner for my oldest while I feed my newborn son . However we arrive at 845 and they dnt close until 9 my son goes up to door it’s still open and he comes to car to tell me , cause the signage was off on outside so I ran in and asked politely that their listed open until 9 pm is there anyway she could make a very easy sub for my son she proceeded to get a nasty attitude and replied no because I dnt wanna be here closing the store past 9 and I have a online order I’m finishing now and dnt want to make anymore so no I wont make your sub - and proceeded to be extremely rude . Never in 33 years of living have I ever been treated so shitty in ANY establishment. How hard could a foot long sub with cheese ham and tomatoes and cucumbers be to make and how much time would it have consumed not even toasting the damn...

One girl started my order and I told her not toasted. She didn’t toast it. However an older lady comes along and throws it in the oven. Then asks me what I want on sandwiches that weren’t mine. Instead of asking she lets the man jump my turn. Then when she grabbed my sub I told her it’s not suppose to be toasted and she was like “so you want me to make it again”. Yes. Yes I would. I preceded to say my toppings and she says “we don’t have banana peppers” which is fine. The problem is with the mayo “we don’t have mayo”. I seen the other girl grab a bag and squeeze mayo on the guy before me so I know they had mayo. If you don’t want to do your job properly then find a new one. It’s your job to serve the customer and if you can’t do that then you don’t...

Store hours read 9pm, I have stopped in today at 8:15, the guy in the winter cap says we're about closed... No selection of buns and the vegetables or toppings were looked really bad from what there was to choose from... This is about the 4th or 5th time in the last month month and a half, clearly I need to go to Popeyes...

Stopped in again since last week, about 5:40... again no, none, zero foot long cookies... Sale person didn't know what a Honey Oat bun was... and zero, none, no cheese... Sure would be a great place to open a sub shop... Thank you Todd's Pizza for being open... Hopefully everyone will have a safe and awesome 4th of July... Twice in two weeks, full vegetable garden, cookies and buns to choose... Great...
