Red Pin Bar & Grill — Restaurant in West Lampeter Township

I eat here a lot. Yes the food is great but more importantly the staff is what makes a business work. As a business owner I know it's hard to keep staff and the Red Pin has had it's share of turnovers after the summer ends. Well Becky the manager of the Entertainment center and oversees the attached Red Pin Restaurant has been there for over 14 years. She even when stressed is a professional. She is always sweet no matter what the conditions are. I truly admire her. The owners know how lucky they are to have her and take care of her. Which brings me to Maggie the new Red Pin manager. She has been there for only 4 months and she lights up everyday when customers walk through the door. She loves her job at the Red Pin and you can tell. She is even more sweet than Becky, if that is possible. She makes me want to come in more often. I can still see the glow in her eyes. Watch out Becky she is a keeper. I have seen manager come and go but this one stands out in the crowd of all Lancaster Restaurants. Maggie you are the best. Oh did I mention the great food. Cheesesteak Nachos a 10, Beef tips a 10, twisted fries a 10, Fish sandwich 9.9. The cobb salad omG, Now for what is the hidden treasure, The world famous crabcake sandwich. During Covid it was the number one takeout every Friday like clock work we were there. AM I A PAID CONTRIBUTOR? NO I JUST FOUND OUT NO CREDIT CARD FEES.. I hate CC fees. We were staying in the area for the evening and after reviewing a bunch of restaurants we decided to stop here for dinner.

Our waitress was super efficient, kind and bubbly. Her name was Parker and she was one of the best waitresses we have ever had, and we eat out at restaurants multiple times a week!

For dinner we got a ribeye steak, Pittsburgh salad, and our son got the kids hotdog meal. We received complementary pretzel bites, which were unexpected but they were excellent! All of the food was phenomenal. The restaurant was very cozy and had indoor outdoor seating, it was clean, and our service was exceptional. The food came out quickly And everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The prices were extreme reasonable! I was shocked when we got our bill how cheap it was. If you haven’t tried this place out and you are passing through or even a local. You are definitely missing out.

After dinner we played a couple rounds of late night bowling where they had large music screens playing a variety of food music from the 80s-90s, black lights, party disco lighting , and it was kid friendly! Red Pin Bar and Grill is one of those rare spots you’re glad you stumbled upon. It’s not far from Lancaster, but it feels like a secret locals-only hangout—in the best way possible.

The staff here is absolutely top-notch. Super friendly, attentive, and they always make you feel welcome. That kind of hospitality is hard to find these days, and it really makes a difference.

The food is consistently excellent. Whether you’re grabbing a burger, wrap, or one of their specials, everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Great portion sizes, too!

What really sets Red Pin apart, though, is the entertainment. There’s always something fun going on—live music, music trivia, and their music bingo events are all a blast. It’s a place where you can grab dinner, stay for the fun, and never feel rushed.
