Called in for carryout. Had to repeat myself 3 times for how I wanted 1 single sub to be made. Then they called me back to ask me about the same thing I'd just explained 3 times. Chicken cheesesteak, fried onions, cheese whiz, lettuce tomato. That was it. Said it 4 times now. I knew it wouldn't be right. Got home, gelatin cold cheese whiz is in a cup on the side with a side of red sauce also which I never once said I needed. Since when don't we put the cheese on the sub? Really? Cold solid cheese whiz? Yuck. I'm starving so I eat this dry sub which is hard to get down. I've had great cheesteaks from here before, I don't know if the staff were high or just incompetent but this was not the experience I've had in the past at this store. I've been here probably 30 or more times and never had one complaint. Today was a disaster and I don't know if I can go back. How hard is it to make a cheesesteak with 6 total ingredients? To make matters worse at the end of the first half of the sub I found a black hair that was baked into the bread, it was inside the bread itself. DISGUSTING. I Threw the second half away and now I feel obligated to notify the Health Department. As for the bad service, it's just a shame they couldn't handle one sub over the phone and get it right. As for the human hair in the bread, they should probably be closed down for this. Thank God I saw it and didn't eat it. Black hair on bottom right of plate was literally intertwined in the...
Read moreenjoyed many, many meals from this establishment, BUT after experiencing a arrogant, nasty, young lady behind the counter I will NOT be repeating my business there any longer. Double check they have your order correct when you call in, as the girl on the phone was carrying two conversations (one with my girlfirend, and one in spanish to another employee.) When I returned to have the mistake corrected I had her order pad waved around in front of me as she stated "this is my hand writing, and this is what you ordered!'" Couldve been simple for them to fix, and they offered to, but not until after I had to hear this employee run her mouth. I accepted the food they had prepared simply to get out of the restuarant with out blowing up. No one should have to deal with an attitude like this from any customer service...
Read moreWe are the groom’s parents from upstate New York who decided at the last minute to host an “after” wedding party. A friend recommended Two Cousins Pizza for our late evening party. I was thrilled to be able to communicate with the owner about what quantities would be appropriate for our size party and if they would be willing to deliver well past their closing time. Not only were they accommodating, everything was delivered as promised and our guests were pleased with the variety of pizzas, subs and garlic knots. I overheard a lot of guests commenting how much they liked the food especially being homemade. A few remaining pizzas were scarfed up by the groomsmen at the end of the party. So draw your own conclusion but we were thrilled with our choice and personal...
