MURPHY'S Pennsylvania games of skill — Restaurant in West Mifflin

I was very disappointed! I placed a significant order and added what I believe was a decent tip for the driver. My order was late, but the delivery driver did apologize. The food wasn't very warm but the restaurant is a decent ride from my residence so thats understandable. My Philly Cheese Steak wasn't prepared as I had ordered. I called and spoke with a female employee and she said that it didn't come with those items. I told her that I specifically ordered it with the lettuce and tomatoes. She asked what I wanted and I asked for a store credit and she said that the owner didn't do store credits and that I could bring the hoagie back and they would make me another one. If I wanted to drive over there I wouldn't have paid for delivery. She said that they would send another one and for me to give the other one back to the driver. I waited an hour and a half thinking that my dinner was on it's way but nobody showed up and when I called the store I got an answering machine saying that they were closed. I'm very disappointed especially since I did like their food. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Big Ragoo Pizzeria anymore. As to your response, it was a male that took my order and he even repeated it back to me to clarify what I ordered. And furthermore, why did the girl that answered the phone when I called back tell me that they would send me another one? I waited patiently so that I could eat my dinner and I had to throw the original one away because it sat out too long. Thanks...

I am not sure if this being a new business contributed to this situation, however, I experienced the whose customer service that I have been provided in a long time.

I never got through the order process, as I encountered, the person ansering the phone, Tracy. The reported manager Tracy and reported owner Tracy.

After telling, Tracy my phone was soon to die, I was told I would just have to call back. There was no urgency given to the call, after already being placed on hold. When asking about the flavors for the wings, I was told "there are 99 flavors and (she) couldn't explain them all."

After stating the flavors are not listed in your Pennysaver Ad and naming a few flavors I would like, which were not part of the 99. I was told not to call back and hung up on.

I love in West Mifflin, and there are probably 10-15 places that deliver to my address. Big Ragoo, not Tracy will not get any of my hard earned money!!

Came here while on visiting the area. I was raised in the area, but am stationed in California. Big Ragoo got me the taste of the old school Chiodo mystery sandwich that I hadn’t had in years. My kids loved her pizza and the sandwiches.

This will be a must stop for us during our visit next year also.

I don’t know how these people who state the food is terrible are basing their opinions on, we had 3 different sandwiches and a pizza. All were outstanding.

While reading the reviews, one person completely butchered The Chiodo name( I don’t think he’s old enough to remember Chiodos to begin with) another complained about the pineapple not being fresh. To her I want to know if she has found a pizza place that uses fresh pineapple, in my opinion, not enough people order it to justify the owner spending the time to cut fresh pineapple( not an easy chore) ( nor is it cost effective with the spoilage/waste).
