Homeville Trolley Stop — Restaurant in West Mifflin

I'm hoping the regular employees are on vacation! We've stopped in for steak sandwhiches several times since this place changed hands. It's always been great! Today was a TOTAL disaster! My sister ordered 2 pork chop dinners ( which was the ONLY THING they got right), a 6 inch steak hoagie with no mushrooms, an order of Buffalo chicken dip and an order of nachos. I ordered a 6 inch steak hoagie with green peppers and mayo & a 6 inch philly cheese steak with mushrooms. She got a steak hoagie with shrooms and 2 trays of corn chips with some dip. No nachos, no bufallo chicken dip. The philly cheese steak with mushrooms that I ordered, had no mushrooms. The steak hoagie had the green peppers, but no mayo. None of the steak sandwiches was prepared as they used to be. Just slabs of meat on the bun. We got there a bit before they were going to be ready, so I told the lady we were going to split a beer. She rang me up and then went to the bar and came back with one for each of us. As first stated, I'm hoping this is a temporary situation and will change my rating if/when...

We were regulars through covid and all. After today I'm not sure if we will ever return. 17mins before this kid could come take a drink/food order in the little restaurant part wasnt busy he just forgot us. He trips over everything- messed up multiple tables orders. Forgot people's food! Took tables in wrong order (first in first served. Not last in first served!).
