Macopin Pizza — Restaurant in West Milford

This place is Dirty and I ain’t exaggerating! You walk in you’re greeted by an Older Woman who is in Kitchen cooking. I watched too because there’s an opening to see your food being made. I watched her wipe her face and neck dripping in Sweat and touch my food with her bare hands. Which it’s a Pizza Place I wouldn’t expect her to wear gloves! The service was terrible and she is very rude. I sit down and at my feet under the table was garbage. Under the table had dried boogers and gum! The Stool to sit in was filthy and actually noticeable. I had to use the restroom and go up these steps and the carpet to get to the bathroom is soooo dirty! The bathroom floors were so wet and they were so sticky! This place also smells like straight Black Mold and Asbestos. I actually had to leave because it was so dirty it made me sick!

Now the Pizza when I got my order the Brought it to me and The person who brought my food out to me was respectful and kind! The Pizza was good until I took my third bite and had a HAIR in my pizza cooked in because when I tried to take it out of the pizza it was completely in the pizza cooked in… I will never go back to this place as long as I live!

My son ordered a Sandwich and the Chicken wasn’t even cooked fully which tells me she cooked the chicken from frozen instead of thawed out and or Fresh!

If Dave Portney ever came here you would be Doomed!

This place I wish I could Give a 0/10 this was the worst experience in my life! When the people working there read this know I don’t want a Refund and I will never return again! I am sorry but this was worse than anything I ever experienced in my life! I have been a resident in this town to for 8 years and never stopped here once and always thought it was closed well my Son told me let’s stop there! My son is not picky one bit with food and would rate a grilled cheese a 10 this place my son threw up and the food tasted so bad my son couldn’t eat the rest of it. He said “Dad the Chicken tastes sour and yucky. I looked it was raw!!!! I am truly upset by this outcome and I truly hope someone who’s the right person goes here and truly tests it like a Health Inspector! I would never say this if this wasn’t needed THIS...

Food is great and the people that work there are amazing. They always throw in freebies and remember regular customers, which we are always so impressed by. Tonight, my husband picked up dinner and when he got home we realized a side of onion rings was missing. They had thrown in some other free items and they always do, so I didn’t even bother calling to say anything. About 10 min later, there was a knock at our door and a man was delivering the onions rings. They were able to figure out where we lived based on speaking with my husband alone and went out of their way to make it right. So refreshing to see a business that truly cares about keeping their customers...

Not a great first impression at all. I've lived int he area for a while but never stoped here. Was passing by around lunch time so i figured I'd give them a try. The place is not clean. There are racks of junk for sale along the walls like they are a salvation army too? The place doesn’t smell good. The tables and seating areas look dirty. I ordered two slices anyway. The pizza was meh.... Way better options down in Bloomingdale or up in West Milford. I hope they get their act together but I won't be back until I hear they've got...
