I absolutely love the food here—and the people and the dining area. Years ago, when it first opened, I wandered in and sat down with a menu I couldn't entirely understand, chose something, and WHOA! I was overcome by the homemade-with-love feeling that infused every aspect of the experience 💕 The portion is perfect, made with fresh ingredients, and the presentation is refreshingly sensible (no one needs to be putting an extra drop of any sauce on any dish 😉)! In the years since, the basic menu has been refined, certainly online ordering has a streamlined selection, and the quality dishes remains delicious and satisfying. I ordered from Doordash today, the Memela with Chorizo was great. However the Carnitas Burrito was TERRIBLE. After biting into it the first mouthful I get I'd pure pork fat. After spitting it out I did some digging to see what quality of ingredients were in it. The pork is very dark brown as if it was more than a few days old and had a pungent odor. The amount of fat in it is enough to turn away most people. I can't get over how bad the meat tasted and smelled. After what started as a very good meal, turned sour like the pastor. My aunt was starving so we to this place since it was closer to us first time she was visiting! I asked the lady for a menu she said there's none. So I had to used my phone to look at the menu online. She told me it would take 20 minutes nah one hour later the food didn't even started. I went and asked her she said its coming and I see the lady in the back holding my fish. I waited inside for more than 40 minutes, a group of Mexican people came to eat and she handed all of them a menu and she told there was none.
