Original Italian Pizza (OIP) — Restaurant in West Perry Township

Wow! After not eating at OIP for over 15 years, I decided to try this OIP in Richfield and left very pleasantly surprised!

The onion rings were amazing and the best I ever had! The meatball sub was a different style than what I am accustomed to due to the fact that there was actually NO grease dripping off it! With the meatballs and bread being cooked a little differently, the sub was still quite good.

The slice of cheese pizza that I tried was your typical OIP style--very good and VERY affordable! The peanut butter pie was also excellent!

As far as the pricing goes, depending on what you get, prices can range from absolutely amazing to "Hmm... that's a little higher than I would like to see". Overall though, it still balances out.

In closing, the service I received was phenomenal! I was treated very well! The place was also VERY clean!

Absolutely phenomenal experience here tonight. My family and I traveled out to East Juniata High School for my cousin's graduation (he did a sick cartwheel on the stage by the way), and we had no where else to go for the night (it was about 8:00 pm when we arrived), so we ate at this OIP just down the road, and even though we had just an hour to eat, our waitress Rachel was highly understanding and was really nice about it. We had ordered, and the rest of our party of about 10 people finally came in 25 minutes later. We had really good food, and Rachel was still kind despite the fact that we finished up at 9:40, way after the time they were supposed to close, so kudos to Rachel and our cook for serving late and offering great assistance. Called ahead of time and order the usual mozz cheese fries and I send my boyfriend to go get the food and the lady says he ordered mozz sticks and told him they can’t throw food away so we have to pay for it even though I do not eat mozz sticks. Ordered ahead of time again week later and ordered same thing and they charged us $30 for $6.50 wings no fries and 5.75 cheese fries and 6.50 on chicken fingers no fries. They do not add food tax right, I called and asked why they charged so much because I didn’t pick it up, they said they charged me for dinners but didn’t tell us.
