Hardee’s — Restaurant in West Point

I am in disbelief someone actin like that. When we walked in the store a lady wiped off frames off the wall ( no washing hands, she didn't service me first ) young men kept wiping of he's lips all over mouth, face. He was handling my daughters order. He kept touching around he's mouth wipe of face. I was discussed. I asked him nicely, can u wash ur hand? He just handed her the cup. He look at me and with a snappy response " not touching ur food" He stepped to the side and pumped the hand sanitizer, kicked my daughters cup of the counter and gave her a new one. All that with rolling eyes. Asking someone to ring us up. He still didn't wash he's hand keep touching around he's face and made the food ( fries ) on top they were little older. Very disappointing Young Men all over tattoos, dark skin. I don't know if he was on something. Weird behavior and not clean. We do not return to this store. Keep ur hands clean. Out ur face...

I was so disappointed, yesterday, with the quality of the food my husband and I received. Usually I have the best experience with this Hardee's (in West Point, Georgia), but yesterday was horrible. My husband's chicken sandwich was cold and hard, his fries were old and lukewarm, and my Frisco burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese on it. The best thing I had was the Coke Zero. I rated the service one star because the person that handed my husband the food out the window knew that it was not up to par when they served it. Hardee's isn't cheap and when I'm paying my money, I expect good quality food...smdh

Update: I received a call from the General Manager of Love's, shortly after my aforementioned post. He apologized for my previous two meals and gave me two new, fresh meals. The second time around, the meals were amazing! Big thanks to Love's...

I’ve been going to this Hardee’s since they opened and I’ve never had a bad experience! The food was always great hot and fast. Whoever is managing this restaurant definitely needs a raise and come to some of the restaurants in Lagrange and give them some tips. Usually around La Grange when they open a new restaurant it’s great at first the first one or two times you go there and then after that the service and the food goes downhill but this one has never disappointed me.
