Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Point

I sat at the drive-through ordering speaker for several minutes saying hello and no one answered at all the whole time I sat there. So I came forward to the window to place my order because no one answered and when I got to the window the lady didn’t even look at me and says “we don’t take orders at the window.” And i said no one answered me for several minutes. She replied by saying “we don’t take orders at the window” again very rudely after i told her no one answered in the drive thru. She told me to drive back around through the drive-thru again. So i left. Horrible customer service. Didnt do their job right and then told me to drive back around. Acting as if she couldn’t just type in my order right there at the window when I know she can. My wife and I stopped after being treated horribly at the Burger King in West Point, MS. Upon arriving there was an employee who was headed to his car when we pulled up, when he saw us he stopped heading to his car to hold the door open for my wife and me. This is already infinitely better than the service we received at the Burger King. He even announced that we had walked in so that the other employees would know we were there. The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. She helped us immediately and even talked to us about how our night had been so far. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t unfortunately. The app doesn’t let you pick vegan options for dip for fries. I’ve always gotten avocado dip because I can’t do animal products. Very frustrating. They are also frying chicken in the grease now too so It’s just not the same fresh food atmosphere anymore. Might as well go to kfc with those smells and grease everywhere. I can’t stand what Taco Bell has become and I grew up LOVING them. Greedy and careless ceos affect individual stores like this because it’s their ridiculous policies getting passed down and enforced on the owners and managers.
