Waffle House — Restaurant in West Point

Bad experience,I went in the table was dirty,but I ask the lady to correct it and she did,the floors was dirty also,I asked for grits with cheese ,I was served cold grits with a big sliced of cheese that was cold I always visit waffle House and they always serve me grits with the cheese always melted I was shocked that the grits wasn't made the way I wanted them to be served also some of the ladies didn't have on hair nets!!!!!! The lady didn't apologize for the cold food ,I charged it to the game.I also took pictures of the food...I thank the server for making my breakfast morning go great,we even tip her a $3.00 tip.....One of the cooks that made my cheese grits look at me like she did it on purpose she would not feed her self that or her kids if she had some ,she didn't care she just made my food sloppy,she needs to care about people food like how she would eat her food....so sad food service like why would u serve that food like that sooo sloppy!!!!!! I don't think she cares about making people food fresh...also they had flies in the building maybe because of the food they had at least five of them flying around ,I know it's hot ..... the flies nooo way......ALSO IT WAS A PIECE OF EGG SHELL LEFT ON THE PLATE ZOOM ON THE PICTURE WITH THE PLATE WITH...

When we entered, the woman working literally sighed out loud at the fact we came in at 5:45PM on a Friday afternoon, a normal time to be eating dinner. We sat down and she immediately asked us what we wanted to eat, and when we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, she grumbled and gave a massive attitude. She proceeded to sit down at a table and watch Netflix on her cellphone. When we said we were ready to order, she proceeded to grouchily get up from her place - as she was so burdened to get up from her show and take our order. When she took it, she got the cook’s attention and he then asked her, “For real?!” As our order seemed to have burdened him as well... mind you, it was two orders of hash browns, a waffle, and two scrambled eggs. Her reply was, “Yeah, I need about two of them hoes.” That was all BEFORE we got our food....

Never have i ever been in a waffle house and sat 20 min with no server in sight. The cook finally decided to rudely tell us he was fixing to clean the grill and it would be 20 min before we could even order said he wasnt going to stop to fix us anything to drink while we were waiting. All 5 of us decided to go even though I really wanted to stay and force him to take care of us no matter how long it took. I think the better you pay them the less they want to work. I dont know when waffle house made the terrible decision to put the cook of all people in charge of the whe place with the option to just not serve anybody because he was obviously incapable of doing two things at one time. He was more concerned with being finished with his chores to leave when his relief got there than trying to make the company that pays...
