Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Pottsgrove

I am disgusted by my recent visit to this place. Every morning I buy a large iced macchiato and spend my 6.2x for my drink.I use the on the go ordering. Last night i used the on the go and sent one of my coworkers on a Dunkin run. When she arrived she was told there is no on the go order for my name even though my card was charged and I sent her with a copy of the receipt. While she was in there she accidentally knocked over one of the cups that were on display all over the lobby. The cup fell onto the floor and the idiot Who was working told her she had to pay for the cup that she knocked on the floor. So not only did I not get the drink that I paid for that they refused to make even though I had a receipt saying it was paid for and the money was removed from the account, they also made her pay for a cup that she didn’t want. There have been many times where I have ordered and they have messed up my drink, made the complete wrong drink or didn’t add flavoring or whatever the case may be but I didn’t wanna be a pain in the butt and make them remake it so I just dealt with it to save time. I do not understand how they are in business they are terrible at this location they need to get rid of all of their employees and start over I have yet to see one who is worth keeping. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but I am so disgusted by this place I literally feel sick...

Terrible. The workers are rude mind you we were sitting there quiet not bothering anyone and payed so much money. Never complained we’re always respectful and me and my friend left leaving our drinks with my other friends as we went to go grab something, we were walking back my friend let me know they were talking about us saying that “we need jobs we’re bored and got nothing better to do” they’re so disrespectful. They are always cussing and fooling around in the back. It’s summer and we paid and kept it respectful mind you we have jobs as well. They were talking. The manager Felicia. She is so disrespectful. They always close early when they aren’t even supposed to? Service is absolutely horrible. This isn’t even the first time this has happened to us when we do nothing but keep it respectful and classy. This has happened multiple times i don’t know why she’s mad just because she hates her job. Girl boo it costs nothing to be respectful especially when no disrespect was said. Rolling her eyes as we order mind you we’re bringing you profit. Such an odd individual. At this point fire the whole staff. Matter of fact shut down the whole building. Mind you, she barely does anything and when she does she doesn’t even make anything right? She needs to be dealt with. Done going there not like they were...

I get that places are short staffed but if you have time to talk personal while on the drive thru speaker than why cant my order be made right after making a line of 9 cars wait for almost a half hour? My order is never made right even tho i give them chance and chance again and again it NEVER changes...so after todays visit of givng me water down unflavored iced coffee for the millionth time when i order the french vanilla ice chia latte every time and 2 donuts and gave me bacon....how does that get mixed up? The lady knew it was wrong but chose to do nothing or say anything about it...im not coming back...the service is worse each time and im done giving them any more chances...its obvious they dont know how to makes drinks and put orders together and they just seem to not care...i understand tge short staff and all but sometimes its not about waiting for a little longer its the point of talking personal over the speaker and not caring that they gave us the complete wrong order again...no apology for the long wait or screwed up order...if they were nice and acknowledged their mistakes then i wouldnt have an issue...i couldnt even tell what the girls name was being they dont wear name tags.
