Santina's Kitchen — Restaurant in West Pottsgrove

I used to pick up and have food delivered from Santina’s all the time before the current people took over. Food was always great ! Don’t get me wrong! Awesome food. Customer service is more important to me than anything else . This is from a few months back but I just heard someone else mention being insulted by one of their employees , so here it is. We called an order in. It took an awful long time on the phone because the young lady didn’t speak well and had to keep asking somebody questions . It was a very simple order . 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips!. Ordering was painful. Delivery was twice as long as was stated! We called to find out when they were coming. Same girl who took the order answered and said the delivery person just left. It was about 40 minutes later, the same girl we spoke with on the phone delivered our sandwiches without the chips and said she’d be back . No receipt either! She said the machine was broke. She never came back. When I contacted the owner , he apologized and asked for the address and said he would send a certificate. All I wanted was my chips and cc receipt. Never got anything back and he has not since responded to emails or messages. They will not get any good reviews from me. Our industry uses pizza shops and other restaurants for community events . well they have good food dont get me wrong but the waay the treat good paying customers is very wrong. we order two arge strombois from them and when we got it my fiancee got her inside of her thigh burnt from the hot sauce they put in a dinky styrofoam cups you drink coffee in i caed the owner he said he woud give us our money bacck so now its been three days no money so i went on their facebook and said they should try to put the sauce inaheavyer container so no kids or anyone else get burnt so i caed the owner again and he was rude said i was extorting money from him and i i caled the resturant he would have me arrested for harraseement wel i am not harrasing him i just think we should get something back since her thigh was severly burnt i wouldnt eat there no more due to the fact they serve hot sauce in a styrofoam cup and someone or some little kid will get severly burnt i am far from a extroionist i dont need his money this is ahealth hazard and people should...

Cheeze pizza is delicious. It’s hard to find a good pizza place in the area. I tried many pizzeria, so far this is the one I would probably go back to next time for cheese pizza. However, Brooklyn pizza needs a lot of improvement. I like the idea that the crust is thin but I think not with the amount of tomato sauce/puree they put. It’s literally like a tomato soup in a pizza. As soon as you grab that slice, the sauce pours down all over the place. Maybe it needs to be thicker crust next time or if they gonna stick to thin, I suggest it will be lighter on sauce. Another thing, obviously the photo speaks for itself. They really cut down on the mozzarella cheese. So 1 slice has only 1 melted mozzarella cheese? And the basil instead of mincing it, please it will be a lot better to drop a whole piece of a leaf.
