Mediocre food, wouldn't order again. Bought side of meatballs, the "cheesy steak fries", and personal Italian stromboli. Meatballs have taste and texture of standard frozen meatballs, just bigger size, in a basic, watery tomato sauce. The cheesy steak fries, which have no further description on Door Dash, do not involve cheesesteak ingredients, which I originally thought I was ordering. They're literally steak fries covered in bland cheese sauce, costing 8 bucks. No flavor at all, ended up tossing out the remaining half. The word "cheesy" makes it my fault but would have appreciated clarification on the app. Stromboli was best part. Portion is small for over 10 bucks but that's the restaurant industry right now. It was nicely packed with thick cut Italian meats. Good flavor, heavy on the meats and cheese shines through too. A little dry; there was a grease stain on the box but none of that good grease coming out of the stromboli when you cut into it. Tomato sauce was thankfully thicker than what came with the meatballs. I try out a new local pizza place once a month or so. Some are duds, others are great. This is a standard, forgettable, generic pizza place, through and through. You have better options all...
Read more14OCT2018 - Charged $35.50 plus tax and tip for 1- cheeseburger plain, 1 8" cheesesteak plain, and a cheeseburger hoagie that was supposed to have lettuce and tomato on it that arrived plain. (hence the hoagie part of not just ordering another cheeseburger). 1 order mozzarella stix and an order of cheesefries, requested cheese on the side, but fries arrived covered in whiz. 1 - $1.50 delivery charge. You would think with high prices at Valentino's the staff would be able understand and comprehend the internet orders when preparing. The fries had a wierd vinegar taste like either the fries had vinegar on them or the cheeze whiz soured. The burger is a standard size frozen 1/4 lb patty from redners or walmart and the cheesesteak is Steakum. The mozzarella sticks or the sauce tasted fake or plastic, something was off and the tomato sauce is very watery almost like a salsa. We were lifetime Nicks pizza customers until they closed and this place was supposed to be good if not better....total disappointment and we will go...
Read moreIts an okay pizza shop. Kinda overpriced for their food. Ordered a large half pepperoni & half cheese & a personal gluten free pizza with green peppers one Friday night. Ended up paying $34!!! That's ridiculous!!
Asked the guy who answered the phone "What ingredients are in the gluten free pizza crust?" The answer I got should've told me to order dinner from somewhere else. His answer was "I can't tell you, all I know is that its gluten free." If you're offering something that's gluten free you should be able to know your ingredients, otherwise you could make someone very ill either from cross contamination with wheat or flour or other sources.
Pizza is lackluster, greasy, cheese is always runny. Only real good thing here is the fresh fruit salad. Only offer gluten free pizza & not gluten free rolls for their sandwiches. Hoagie/sandwich rolls are fresh from the local Corropolese baker.
If you need to eat something, this place will offer substance, otherwise, go a few blocks further to Santina's...
