Pizza Pub — Restaurant in West Rockhill

I don't usually leave negative reviews but enough is enough. My fiance and I love the food which is why we continued to go back contrary to a 90% fail rate on our orders. You read that right , 90%. Without fail something is always wrong. I'm at the point where waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop his head in to tell me i'm being punked. I ordered a Lg Extra Cheese and a Lg Pepperoni, I got 2 plain pizzas. I ordered Perogies with no garlic sauce, sure enough there was garlic sauce. I ordered cheese fries with gravy, No gravy. When they attempted to replace the order i received plain fries. My fiance gets the Italian Hoagie and adds pepperoni. Only once was the hoagie done correctly. One time she got a roll, lettuce and only pepperoni. The list goes on. We live 1.3 miles from the pub, that's 3 minutes away. Today from work I placed and order for my pregnant fiance at 1:30 pm. I got her the hoagie she always gets and perogies. At 2:51 the hoagie and ice cold perogies finally show up. An hour and 21 minutes to get cold perogies 3 mins away. The kitchen cited "bad roads", which they aren't . It's an absolute joke and perhaps shame on us for continuing to give them a shot. Pending a conversation with the owner I don't know that we will continue to order from the Pub. I don't know if it's just us or if others are experiencing the same level of incompetence but it's an embarrassment and mind blowing that the kitchen is still open operating the way it does...I wish we lived closer to the delivery radius for Italian Delight in Quakertown. At least then we would get quality service we were accustomed to for years...

I went here today my sister and I placed an order for 1 Italian hoagie with NO ONIONS 2 lam giarros and two slices of plain pizza. She never said with onions I was nxt to my sister when she said no onions. We went to pick up the food and when I got home to open the hoagie it had onions I've always been allergic to onions. My sister is 17 years old and never every forgotten to say that. Never had and issue any where else till.

I called the manager and he said we made and ordered w onions when she especially said no onions my sister had ordered enough hoagies and othe items from there to remember and know that the menu says it comes w it unless asked other wise. He couldn't even take the hoagie (untouched) and switch it for one that didn't have onions. I find it very rude he didn't care to switch out one thing because on the end it matter it matter if I come back right? They must be really tight on money. 😒

Such poor costumer service from this manager I been working in costumer service for 12 years and this. And never I have I ever treaded anyone like he did. I am not ever coming back and I hope anyone who is thinking of going there re thinks their choice. There is plenty of other business around with the same thing that are willing to...

This is an Out of the way spot where the locals know how to have a great time and let loose from the toils and stress of the work week. I was recommended to this establishment by the Bartender at the Applebee's as I inquired about a spot that has pool tables. He was on point, however you better get there early, or expect a good wait to get on one of the 2 tables. As these locals love their pool. I ordered the steak Hoagy special with pepperoni, sweet peppers and marinera WOW! This thing was ginormous with a heavy handed portion of steak that puts all other sub shops to shame. Ahh.. but this isn't a sub you say, it's a Hoagie! Touche. Bring your appetite for this big boy, and be prepared to get knocked out with juicy piping hot flavor. This beast was so good I aqquired several burns in my mouth. It was well worth it. So much so I came back for another one a week later. And the consistency is impressive!
