La Piazza Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in West Sadsbury Township

We dined at La Piazza in Parkesburg Pa for the first time this evening. We were extremely impressed with the service and food. Our server, Diaveni, was friendly, kind, professional and attentive. Will definitely ask for her the next time we visit La Piazza! We had the Margarita Pizza which was flavorful and tasty. I am a critic when it comes to red sauce of any kind (I make my own). I have to say, the sauce was over the top. The wings were tender and well cooked (not dry at all). Good wings are hard to come by in this area. OH, the cheesecake was out of this world! The place is very clean which is a plus and important! We had the opportunity to meet the manager, Claudio to share our experience! Great guy who genuinely cares about customers and employees. Oh my gosh! I have lived right down the street from this place, and I didn't even know it! I received a brochure in the mail with some coupons. I am so glad I did. The one that stuck out to me was the free dessert with pasta entree. My girls like to split a chicken parm, so that worked out perfect. I selected the limoncello mascarpone cake. We got a couple of cheese sticks for the adults and some cheese curly fries. First of all, those fries, we're the best fries I've had in a long time! The rules for the cheesesteaks were perfect. The young man that answered the phone and took my takeout order, he was amazing! I'm a manager in a restaurant, and I would literally hire him on the spot. Diaveni was wonderful. The atmosphere was very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was exceptional. The lobster bisque was perfectly made, beautifully creamy. My boyfriend loved his spicy chicken sandwich. He said the sandwich tasted like it was made with spices in the breading and a hot sauce on the outside. I also had the buffalo chicken stromboli, everything about it was great, the only downside was the amount of cheese put in it, it was way too much and I ended up pulling most of it out. Other than, the personal size was great. Just enough to eat half there and take the rest home for leftovers. My grandfather got the chicken alfredo with linguine and said it was great but the sauce could be a little thicker.
