DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT. I usually love Dunkin's, but everytime I come here and request a coffee oat milk instead of cream, they give me a regular coffee with 4 cream and oatmilk. I have to wait for it to be remade everytime. I don't understand if everyone that works there just refuses to believe some people can't have or don't want cream, but I don't have this problem at any other location. In fact, the first time I had coffee from there, I blindly trusted them and spent the rest of the day sick on the toilet. I usually give a lot of grace before I write a bad review about a restaurant, but I've decided to skip over them and get coffee later in my commute, where they listen to me when tell them I don't want cream. I mostly wanted to give a heads up to people who can't tolerate dairy, it's not worth the risk, at the absolute best, you'll have to wait double time for your order every time.
