Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Virginia

For my first visit ever to a Dunkin Donuts, i was fairly disappointed. I did forgot to take a picture of the coffee we also got, but I didn't take the donut pictures until I was home and cut it open. The coffee was, funny tasting, my daughter got a frozen caramel creme coffee and I got the frozen mocha coffee, it did not taste like chocolate. I can't even describe what flavor it was, it was just weird. Got 12 donuts. The chocolate filled donut, why even say it's filled? It barely has as much in the donut as the depth of the tip of my thumb, it's disappointing, really. (Edit, ate the second filled donut. It was worse than the first one! I slowly ate it one small bite at a time and came to not much donut left and finally found the "filling.")If I get a filled donut, I'm expecting it to be filled, not just a pinch in half of it. The strawberry frosted ones are just odd, the rest were decent enough. We got 2 of each: Chocolate headlight filled, strawberry frosted sprinkles, chocolate frosted sprinkles, vanilla frosted, chocolate frosted,...

I went through drive thru today. We ordered HOT mochas. They were Luke warm at best. So we took them back in to get them to heat them up. The boy that was making them announced loudly to a coworker that "these two ladies brought back theor mochas because they were cold but the cup was hot." We were the only 2 people there so there was no way that he was not talking about us. Then when my sister tried to explain that they were not hot. He turned he's back to us and said he "doesn't talk to rude people " well where I come from his actions and his tone were what was rude. The manager that was in the window said and did nothing. If this is the way Dunkin Donuts intends on going forward in their business then count me out. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. IM GOING TO...

Ordered coffee the midnight and a regular. 2nd time I've been there in the last 2 weeks the girl at Drive thru handed the food out and she has dirty finger nails and that turned us off immediatly. Then we tasted our coffee and they both tasted like water. My BF got regular and i got the midnight both of them were like that. We paid 10.00 for them I went in told them they tasted like water and this other girl was rude to us and she said I just made it I made those they are right.
