This place has a decent menu. Their flatbread pizzas seem to, at the recipe level, be pretty good. The beer is also worth the trip down. They lost us in the details. When we came in our silverware and plates were very dirty... sauce and grease still obvious on both. We ordered two drinks and the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. The chicken dip was pretty on point and we likely enjoyed this the most. The brown ale was pretty great and my wife enjoyed her white wine based Sangria. We chose The Yardsale for dinner, a flatbread with artichoke and prosciutto. In this we were less pleased. The toppings covered only the middle of the pizza with about half of it left plain. I have uploaded a picture to illustrate this. There was also almost no artichokes at all anywhere. Nonetheless, we dug in as the recipe was pretty good, it just seemed that a lack of attention to detail was offsetting most of the meal. That’s when my wife found the beard hair. We were on the fence until then but I think that ruined the meal outright. $50 for two drinks, a great appetizer, and a very disappointing flatbread with little ingredients and extra beard hair. We would probably try this place again in about six months to see if it has gotten any better. The atmosphere and the music was enjoyable and I feel like it has promise.

About the Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This restaurant had some really delicious offerings that left my taste buds satisfied. The pizza, though a bit greasy, had a wonderful flavor that made up for it. The Buffalo Chicken salad was a definite highlight – the perfect balance of tangy and spicy. I also loved the unique touch of Margaritas with a hint of lavender; it added a refreshing twist to the classic cocktail. About the Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant's location was convenient and easy to reach, making it a great choice for a casual hangout with friends. The ambiance was lively and inviting, setting the right mood for a laid-back dining experience. Despite the delicious food and overall enjoyable atmosphere, there was one drawback – the toilet was a bit unhygienic due to the installed beer tank. It's unfortunate that this aspect marred an otherwise pleasant visit. Nevertheless, if you can overlook this minor inconvenience, the restaurant is worth a visit for its delightful menu and relaxed vibe. đŸ•đŸ„—đŸč

What a great place! Friends introduced us for a 21st birthday party. They handled our loud (but not obnoxious) group of 20 with ease. We made reservations in advance for a Sunday afternoon and had the whole barn section to ourselves. Our waitress was AMAZING! She kept our drinks full and even went hunting for a candle so we could light candles on our homemade birthday cake! Portions were easily sharable and everything was DELICIOUS. The Reuben, buffalo wing dip, and fire mountain pizza were the big winners of our group! Would definitely go back again next time we are in the WVU/Fairmont area!

I was hosting a bridal shower due to happen March 3rd, 2024 which I have had booked for two months. They told us I could place the food order one week prior so I called on Saturday 02/24/24 at 12:30 to do that and ask two questions about balloons. They told me I had to place the order with the manager named Tricia. Tricia answered and immediately was not very nice and she said “you could have called earlier bc I really don’t have time for this” which is not how you treat a customer. They open at 11 so I didn’t think calling at 12:30 was too late in the day. I didn’t want to be the person to call exactly at opening. She didn’t let me ask my questions and told me if I wanted to talk, to call back at 11 on Sunday 2/25 and abruptly ended the call. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called the next day at 11. Again I was met with someone who wasn’t very enthusiastic and seemed annoyed to be helping all though I was trying to spend $400 in food. She brushed me off and told me to email the food order. Several red flags but I tried to remain positive. The following is what is unforgivable. My friend and co-host stopped by on 2/26/24 to see the space we reserved but was taken to a hallway with four booths in it that wouldn’t fit 16 people so she talked to someone that was there at the time and she told us we must have been booked for the incorrect space. This occurred because the initial employee I booked it with had the names of their spaces confused. This employee told us it would be no issue to switch bc they don’t have any other bookings that day and “Sundays are slow”, but that Tricia would have to okay it and was gonna give me a call soon. Three hours later the girl I talked to earlier in the day tells me that Tricia can no longer honor our reservation bc someone else needs the space the same exact time and date (which I do not believe) considering we were told a couple hours prior TWICE that there were no other parties that day. I told her this wasn’t acceptable and that they needed to find a solution to help us make it work bc we have had it booked for months and we can’t easily move a bridal shower with such short notice. She told me Tricia would call that night and she didn’t. Tricia called this afternoon on 2/27 now claiming that they don’t rent out the area we needed at all even though I made a reservation two months ago that I verified with them on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and have a text and email confirmation for the day, time, and party type. What could have been a stress free enjoyable experience where they could have made a decent amount of money was ruined by their incompetency and unprofessional behavior. We were offered no apologies or options to help us out. I’m my opinion, the right thing to do would be allowing us to use that space as a one time courtesy. I asked for the owners name and wasn’t given it. If someone knows the owners please let them know their manager is making them lose...

I had not been here for several months although I have been a regular customer for about 3 years. On Friday evening October 13, the place was literally empty, none of the wait staff were familiar, and the quality of service left a lot to be desired. Upon asking, I found out the 5 "regular" wait staff I was accustomed to had all left in the April-May time frame which was the last time I was there. I think not having printed menus with prices is just poor management in that not everyone wants to use a QR code to find out prices; we were rushed to place an appetizer order before 6 PM because of pricing, we were not offered a beer/ale menu at all, and, no offer was made of a tasting flight of Fall brews, although we asked about special Fall brews, to be told, "I don't know what we have that is special". No effort made to find out for us either and no printed beer selection is apparently available. Our pizza order was placed and our waitress did not once come back to ask us how everything was, or how we liked the pizza. The pizza was otherwise as we expected it to be. Am not sure what is going on but whatever it is, it is not good; what used to be a fun evening out is now just a typical run of the mill pizza joint. I doubt I...
