Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Virginia

After my experience last night on 7/31/2019. I wish I could give this Pizza Hut ZERO stars cause I would. I got home from work and ordered 3 pizza's online at 21:30 and it said my order would be delivered in 22 -32 minutes. Well I tracked my order at 21:50 I knew that they had enough time to cook. Well it said my order was cooking. So I traded my order at 22:00 and my order was still cooking so I started calling Sophia Pizza Hut at 22:10 and got no answer. So I kept tracking my order and calling. No answer at store and my status didn't change it was still cooking So I kept calling would get recording I would hold on so my family started calling the other pizza huts. We would get recording saying they was closed except for Pizza Hut in Beaver, Wv. Well that was a bad idea cause the lady was rude. So now my blood is boiling. So it's after closing hours and I'm still calling Sophia Pizza Hut and never got recording saying they was closed. So I kept calling until after midnight. So I'm calling today 8/01/2019 and something is gonna get done cause it's crazy. Pizza Hut gets my money and never deliver the food. This isn't the first time this has happened ordered pizza once and they got the money off the card and never delivered the food and tried to say the driver tried to deliver the food and no one was home but that was very untrue. ...

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut, my order gets lost. I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours to cancel an order that’s only supposed to take 30 minutes. Every single person that works at this Pizza Hut is completely ignorant and rude. I had to call three times within two hours checking on my pizza to be told It was on the way until the last call when I was told they lost my order and can’t deliver it to my address. Every time we as a family try to give this place another shot at getting it right they disappoint never not one time has an order been correct very disappointed in the amount of incompetence at this location at least the McDonald’s at lester square gets every other order correct get it together Pizza Hut or we will drive the extra 4 mls...
