Drive thru always takes 20 mins at least before they take my order. Then will have them repeat my order and even when the repeat it correctly they still majorly screw up all sandwhiches. All 3 were supposed to be toasted and not one of them was. They also screwed up my cheese not sure how you can confuse pepper jack for any other cheese. Ive tried them over and over again over the last 3 years and consistently have the slowest drive thru service ever...with 60% of the time there not busy and there is no one else in the store. This subway absolutely sucks. There was no one in front of me at the drive thru, no one in the store and it took them 20 mins to even take my order, another 10 mins for me to make sure they recited it right then took another 30 mins for them to make 3 sandwhiches...... shoulda went to a Texas Steakhouse it would have...
Read moreThey had to remake my food 3 times because they couldn't follow a simple order. Don't order online unless you plan on inspecting it before you leave. My wife was a manager for subway, in multiple states, I myself worked for Subway in Minneapolis, the Management doesn't train their employees correctly. Word of advice for the employees there The meat goes on the top of the sandwich not the bottom. Portion control is also needed to be taught. Read more1st Drive-thru wasn’t working correctly! Then first person didn’t know what she was doing,was rude,kept staring and crap..a nice girl came finishing our order! There for a hour almost! Then left had to go back didn’t get cookies we ordered & the one girl that doesn’t know what she’s doing tried charging me again for them. Then look in bag on way home and the dang napkins look like they grabbed used ones out of a garbage can..Ridiculous!!
