Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

I was at the Subway on multiple occasions, the employee Heather... Was aggravated and arguing with the manager in front of customers. Which in my opinion is unacceptable, because I am a foreman in a landscape company and deal with people on a daily basis and that's just something that you do not do in front of people. She was very rude and very loud and belligerent. This has happened on multiple occasions, and on one occasion I was embarrassed in front of my family because of the way they were acting. The manager tried to calm her down and tell her to stop but she just kept going. I find this unacceptable and a workplace and if it were my job the person would have been wrote up and reprimanded if not...

they will not put enuff lettuce on your sub anymore (not here anyway) so it's false advertising when they say all the veggies you want when I ask for more lettuce they just barely sprinkle a few more strands of lettuce & say (management says can't put to much) wth? They change workers every two weeks almost or ppl just keep quitting so never familiar face, The food isn't fresh you can taste the difference from other subways. I hate to rate it this way because I support local businesses we need it, but right is right, the owner needs to step up and fix the issues. It used to be great 5yrs ago. Sad. My Husband just got off work & decided to get me a sub for dinner cause I'm sick to my stomach pregnant. I can't eat nothing I'm not in the mood for & isnt easy on my stomach like all pregnant women do. We are too far from a walmart to get a sub. We showed up 10 minutes before they closed & they already had the door closed when clearly it says 9 pm when they close. They shouldn't be closing till 9 pm & not any earlier than that or maybe they should change their hours online. What a waste of a 20 min drive & gas money for nothing.. Surely they don't care about their customers too much considering they close earlier than the time they're suppose...
