Wendy's — Restaurant in West Virginia

We tried the Wendy's in Sissonville, WV a couple of months ago and it was absolutely the best Wendy's that we had had in ages. It must have been a fluke. I'm so sick of spending $50.00 for dinner, getting home with it and nothing is correct! Approximately two weeks ago our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 2 Large Chilis, Large Baconator Fries w/Extra Cheese that I paid for, Large Fries, Cobb Salad and a Large Chocolate Frosty. We received, 2 Baconator Burgers dripping with Ketchup and Mayonnaise, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis with it slopped all over the outside of the container, Baconator Fries with a dime sized spot of cheese, Cobb salad with wilted lettuce and the wrong dressing. No napkins, spoons or crackers included. After that, I never wanted to go there again, but my husband thought maybe the horrible order was just an off day. So, he went there again today. Our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 1 Large Fries, 2 Large Chilis, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts and 2 Large Orange Dreamsicle Frostys. When he got home with the order we received; 2 Dave's SINGLES with no cheese w/a piece of lettuce rib, tomato and Mayonnaise only, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis half full with chili slopped all over the outside of the container, Large Fries, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts, 2 Large Dreamsicle Frostys and 3 packs of crackers. I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant instead of going to tutors biscuit, and they served me a 100% burnt sausage patties thru the drive through at 9:30 AM. I started to drive off to my golf tee time and noticed the sausage was BURNT on both sides so I drove BACK through the drive thru and they apologized and said they’d make me a replacement and offered me coffee and added some potato wedges for my inconvenience! I asked to talk to the manager and they told me that they were not available! I took a bight of the newly made sandwich as I was driving off and it tasted Burnt again so I took a picture! This is what you get and they wouldn’t even offer me my money back bc they made a new sandwich! I’ll NEVER visit this Wendy’s again! And I’ll make sure that my friends that live in Columbus, Ohio and work at the Wendy’s international headquarters know how disgusting this...

They took the s’awesome bacon chicken sandwich off the menu, but they still sell it, so that’s what I ask for. It’s absolutely AMAZING. I get pulled up which I don’t mind waiting for fresh chicken. Well, I get home and it’s a regular home style chicken sandwich. It’s the way I asked: no tomato, add onion and it was good. But was I not charged more for the sandwich with cheese and bacon? I waited 10 minutes and paid $10 and got something I didn’t want. I get so excited for that sandwich and was very disappointed. I just got off work, I was starving and it’s too late to go back or call because they’re now closed. No receipt was given to me, no napkins. The food was good, but the employees need to be trained better or helped more when someone is being trained. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time before I leave somewhere. Very...
