Wawa — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

I love Wawa but man have they been going a little downhill the past few years. This location specifically is always out of ingredients I want, so maybe its more of a personal choice for me but it always seems like they lack the food I am looking for. The staff is also usually slow and you can tell they don't care, and this was pre Covid and staffing issues as well. Horrible! Inventory turnover is bad. I drove 5 miles home and realized that I purchased a protein drink that had mold on it. I then proceeded take it back, but only to realize that all were moldy and I was told, by management, that I could not exchange it for another drink that was priced one dollar more, but was a protein drink. I am upset that management could not come to a resolution to get me a product, so I ended up spending money to get back there for gas and left with nothing but a measly refund. Wawa itself is great, but i swear it's like every single time I'm there, patty and her other cashier partner lady who is a little older are constantly saying inappropriate things to customers, and they openly make fun of customers while they're still in the store waiting for food. The younger people who seems to be recently hired bring better energy to the store than patty and her friend. Like, are they deliberately trying to get themselves fired...
