Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westbrook

I went to a diff Dunkins this morn than the usual 3 in the area that i rotate between. This morn i was in Westbrook so hit the one on 73 County Rd. Manager is Garrett. His staff is the absolute RUDEST ever in any Dunkins. They screw up an order and they give the CUSTOMER attitude!!! These employees are so despicable i would work for free to help this man find decent staff!! They are so so rude its insulting when i spent over $20 DAILY at Dunkins!! Im a manager of a stock market investment company...my 21 employees would never treat a customer like garbage such as them and they would've been fired! This was beyond a simple speaking to...its appalling to me and my kids who were shocked and they are young teens!! Don't sigh, roll eyes nor argue with a customer, and personally dont ever raise voice at me!!! Most unprofessional location and im placing many reviews...

We came to this Dunkin location early in the morning just now to grab quick coffees. There were three young ladies working inside, getting set up for the day. As we were waiting for our coffees, one of the ladies started to talk to the other one about what great team work she thought they exhibited yesterday and how they helped support each other throughout the day or time and how great it was and how she just wanted to acknowledge it and call it out. The other employee was visibly excited to get the feedback and praise. My wife and I both left utterly impressed by this exchange. Coming from the corporate world we would have hired her in a second. We need more of this in America! While this is not a typical review it was a missed opportunity on our part to call it out while we were there. Great employees and...

I went to this Dunkin’s in Westbrook yesterday after noon. I went to the counter and waited with no other customers. While waiting, the man and girl behind the counter were at the drive through window talking and joking with the only customer in drive through. I finally went down to the other end of the counter and asked if I ordered up at the other end. The man finally after the third time I asked said “ yup, when we get to you.”The guy walked out side and sat at the table. I started to walk back over and decided they weren’t worth giving my service to and left. I work customer service. YOU DONT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. The worst service EVER.
