Owner is definitely a billionaire lol every year the owner is going up two dollars , 5 dollars like wow. When I used to go here witch was only a couple years ago it was 34 $ now it’s 42$! Why do owners of fun places have to always change what made them successful and everyone love the old way it was ran in the first place ? I don’t get it it’s actually sad. The lanes always used to be slick now matter what day it was , also what is this new walk lane escalator thing? It’s horrible and takes all your time away. When I was there it was the good old hook up to the tube puller and that was a ride in itself my kids used to love that! Anyone else remember? The owner has plenty money to put the slowest walking lane whatever ever it is thing up now to help people get up easier ? Lol I think not it is a way to make the time pass and take away rides witch is sad at almost 50 dollars a person. Adult or kids the same price witch is hysterical. The old tube puller you sat down connected to the wire and went up hill for an awesome little ride before actually going down the hill. What happen Noshoba valley? The 42 bucks a person has you so rich you decided not to care for the people of Massachusetts and New Hampshire who used to love this place? Like I said it’s quite sad. You guys need to change your prices and give children a darn discount. ESP with this stupid walk up escalator thing that steals everyone’s money by making wait times double. I didn’t even mention the food and property being a disaster there isn’t enough space to write about that. Sad to say I’ll never go back I’ll take my business to the other tubing site near by I forget the name but google it it’s about 6 dollars cheaper and it’s people who actually care. They have children discounts and don’t come chasing you when your time limit is up good bye...
Read moreWent on the Tuesday following Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Read reviews, and went in with the attitude of just having a good day with the kids. Took the weather and tubing report into consideration as the park suggested. I couldn't have asked for a better day. Facilities for food and restrooms were a quick walking distance so that you didn't lose out on precious tubing time. Parking lot easily accessible for water/snack breaks. Park attendants were personable and entertaining giving children high fives, doing their best to allow groups to go down the slopes together, and being diligent to ensure safety as there was some ice present. It was not over-crowded and we never experienced a long wait. The lift to the top appeared to be newer construction. I could see how one lift could be an issue on weekends/holidays. Some of the lanes were closed due to ice. The speed ranged from medium to fast. If there was a reason to take away 1 star it would be because you cannot purchase a single 3-hour ticket. Those are only available in the 6-pack deal. However, I'm not going to take away the star because I knew going in what my options were. Thanks Nashoba Valley for...
Read moreThe hills were great and the magic carpet worked just fine. It was busy and the top of the hill was absolute chaos with no directions. Just a mob of people dragging tubes.
The ride was fun and fast and we were allowed to link tubes to descend in pairs. When we reached the bottom, a crazed woman screamed in our faces about going too fast. We didn't know the speed limit or that there was one. No info was given except her literally screaming that we were adults and think we're living out our best lives in a place meant for children, and she's working with all teenagers and we should be adults.
I didn't know tubing had an age limit but I did bring 4 kids with me, various ages, who wanted to descend alone. Youngest was 15. None or us were recording or being rowdy.
When I say screamed at, this woman was unhinged. Everyone has bad days, but this was lunacy. She needs therapy.
Instead of playing music over the speakers, maybe a recording of the rules would be better than an enraged woman woman screaming through a scarf. Especially since it was almost $300 for for 2 hours,...
