The Outlook at Nashoba Valley — Restaurant in Westford

The outlook is an experience it facilitates quality food with exceptioncal customer service with bartenders and waiters that you feel accustomed and friendly to immediately. When you walk in enjoy some video games for the kids to hit while you crawl up to this gorgeous and comfortable bar. Sitting down you are brought with 4 screens on the corners so if i want to watch the game for a bet i can but not in such direct vision giving me perfect distance that i can look away from the uncouth screens so i can enjoy the vision that is there menu and drinks. Their chicken a supreme delight only thing thay comes close is me making it at home that perfect crisp golden bite, hot and tasty to your discretion hot or creamy. Or mine no sauce because the tender is perfect in itself with that splitting ends of gorgeous tear that hits my stomach well and fills me to leave a couple to bring home. A burger when cooked medium that i can never finish but always scream in delight to the sight. Grade A beef with really fresh toppings its worth the price. Find yourself in their nachos though to expensive for my taste the quality is unbeatable. To the bar menu i am astonished to the quality of really tasty smooth ipas with the beast type alcohol content get youself a space clown 9% ipa thats as smooth as coors light with an alcoholics friendly bite. Or one of the other 7% 8% beers that always seems to be on point. To add this bar has some of the most couth individuals topping your beers here with perfect pours every damn time. I would spend all my money here if i had 3 jobs. Only reason the beast has yet to dance here is because i do not want to be kicked out first bar that made me want to do that. 5 out of 5 forks from the beast. Ill be back for skiing season. One star for this place only because our waitress was nice. Not happy with the way we were welcomed. Extremely rude and complete liars! Walked in 15 mins before opening and were told they don’t do reservations because it’s 1st come first serve. We had absolutely no problem as we waited outside till they opened. As soon as we walk in, we are ignored followed by did you have a reservation? Mind you we are the first ones in. Party of 6. I asked if we could be seated by the window as my son was taking ski classes and wanted to watch him. She was extremely rude and said no because the table was reserved. Well guess what we were there for about two hours and the entire time I was there that table was empty! I don’t get why everything was such an issue and why I was treated so horribly. My experience at The Outlook Restaurant tonight was horrible. Started with calling in our order, finding out they took the items we wanted off the menu, no biggie. Ordered other items and they were all terrible to the point we didn't eat them. My Mediterranean Chicken tasted bad and the pasta was hard as a rock. The french onion soup tasted like water. The baked potato was ordered loaded and came with nothing. My toddler had a kids meal with a chocolate milk and the milk was spoiled and absolutely disgusting. Very unhappy with everything we received tonight. Will be trying to contact management as well.
