Came in today for brunch. Everything was fine and great until the bill came. There is a price increase not advertised anywhere for the drinks. Which okay no big deal our server told us these price increases started TODAY. I asked why it was not advertised these new prices she said she could get me to a manger. I gladly agreeed. When I was directed to the “manager” he was very rude and tried to explain to me the price increase that was not advertised anywhere with an immediate attitude saying it is due to grocery increases alcohol price increase. Etc. the price is not the issue. At this point the lack of new prices being advertised and the managers attitude is the issue. We are frequent visitors of The Max for large parties, will absolutely not be back after this experience with the “manager”. Mimosas have increased to $17. Also the miscommunication between the server saying the price increase starting today and the manager saying it’s been started for 3 weeks seems very sketchy to me. Had the manager actually taken the time to be a decent manager and talk to customers with respect this review would not...

The food here is chefs kiss!💋 I love that you get the same dish, consistently prepared the same way each time. Weekend Brunch is my personal after church favorite. I’m partial to the Eggs Benedict which has an English Muffin with a crab cake and a seafood variation of a hollandaise sauce under the poached egg with cubed hash browns that are perfection. If I switch it up, I go for the blackened catfish or the crawfish grilled cheese. If you have a sweet tooth catch the Fresh Berry Waffles which are also one of my teenagers favorites. Wednesday & Thursday nights are fun with $5.00 Bingo & Trivia on Thursday nights. Great food, fun & prizes. The shrimp & crawfish pasta & shrimp tacos are also amazing options. Landon & Jalen make sure the ship is running tight. Abigail is an incredible hostess, and she goes above and beyond what is expected while always being helpful to everyone and is always sweet. We went for my mom's birthday and everything was amazing!! The girl that took our order was so nice and patient with my little sisters. The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious!! The girl who brought our food out had an upbeat spunky attitude and I loved it! She was so fun!

My mom ordered the Shrimp Poboy and I got the Louisiana Eggrolls. They were so delicious!! The Poboy was PACKED with fried shrimp. We also got the Crawfish queso with chips for an appetizer and oh my gosh it was literally amazing.

My sisters ordered off of the kids menu and their food all looked super good! It was also huge portions lol so they had enough to take home for leftovers.

The servers were quick with drink refills and friendly with my little sisters which I loved! Definitely a kid friendly place.

There's 5 of us and I paid $97.66 including a $17.25 tip. For the amount of food they give you and the quality/taste, the price is totally understandable and so worth it!

Literally 10/10. This place is exactly what Westlake needs. We can't wait to...
