Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Westminster

Absolutely the Worst DQ in our area by far. We went today after out Jeep ride and ordered a total of 4 blizzards. When arriving at the window we paid the bill and then the guy started handing the blizzards out. He turned over the first one and I was like ok cool. He then proceeded to hand the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th without turning any of them over. I asked him to turn them over, and he tells me they only have to do that for 1. I thought it was very odd, so I took the rest and pulled away. I pulled to the side of the ride to test the turn over theory, because I wasn't feeling the B.S he fed me. Take a look at my photo to see the outcome. A small Oreo had maybe 3 Oreo's total in it. I was disappointed to say the least as I didn't even get a bite of it. Lady at the counter who I'm pretty sure was the owner couldn't stay at the counter long enough to take our order, tried to cut it short, left our debit card in the reader and ran off then while she was waiting for it to process she told us to move so she could take the next order,i told her im not comfortable leaving my card in the reader while she takes the next orders.. she flings her hands towards me like "shew" and says yeah i'll give it to you then.. uhm how about no... then every one of our blizzards were a freaking disaster. I've never ever seen them handed over with that much hanging out over the cup and just everywhere. Mine was half melted by the time i got my kids blizzards manageable for them to eat. Ice cream was good, just had a vanilla cone with sprinkles. However I was a little let down when we asked if they still served the ice cream with these certain toppings (was asking for a friend) and the response we got was direct and quick. Not a lot of customer service in their reply. We (group of us) tried to ask additional questions and were told that what we were asking for was probably offered before they were around … like they meant before they were born😂. I wouldn’t say I was offended and in a different conversation it would have been funny. They weren’t trying to be funny. So, I would say that their customer service could use a little polishing.
