Ordered a pizza and waited a good amount of time for it to be delivered which was usual for them but understandable tonight since it’s Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered through the online app like usual to gain my reward points and use a “order online for 20% off” coupon that was received in the mail. First of all the coupon code didn’t even work. Still ordered a large pizza. Paid online like usual. Delivery guy showed up and handed us the pizza and then said we still owed $16. We were confused because we paid online and had no cash (hence why we ordered online to put our card info in). Had to give the delivery driver the pizza back and came inside to call the store. Manager said that their online app is glitching and not taking out the full amount owed and that we should have called to order. (Didnt even get into the fact that we used the online app to order to use the coupon that we received in the mail to get 20% off if you order online and then the code didn’t even work) Went back and forth with the manager and wound up just telling him to take back their pizza and refund our money that they did take out already. Wouldn’t of had a problem paying the rest of the money owed if someone could of explained from the beginning the issue. Not impressed with how the issue was handled. Called the store the guy said just let us know next time you order and we'll take it off!! Today, we ordered delivery but changed to take out bc I was going to stop by and pick it up. Evan said I'll take off delivery charge .... asked if I wanted receipt I said yes.. glad I did. Got home and noticed he charged me for delivery. I called he said oh sorry I noticed that,...so I asked when did you notice that you still charged me,.... after you left he said..... ok...? So you put it back on my card?....yes, but you won't see the refund for 24 hours. Not happy at all with their customer service. Read moreFirst time! Last time! Took forever for them to deliver! Had my tongue hanging out for the chicken Caesar salad! When it finally got here I was majorly disappointed. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! How could ANYONE serve this salad to ANYONE let alone a chef to a paying customer! The ICEBERG LETTUCE was BROWN! Then, there was this white stuff I think posing as chicken. Something BROWN in it made me want to examine it a little closer. Then, I realize it's the "fake grill marks". Those were the only things in this salad. Oh, wait, there was this little tiny bag of teeny-tiny "croutons", you know, the kind that come on top of a Caesar salad... NOT!
